Not sure why so many bad experiences here, but John’s has consistently done well by me. I order food from here frequently, and find it to be very good. I often order chicken parm, meatball grinder, or some ki d of topped fries. Ordered a cheesesteak tonight for the first time, and am very satisfied with the quality and quantity of steak.

I just got a chicken wrap from here and the lettuce was brown. When I called to let them know they asked if there’s anything they can do. I asked for a milkshake. Not my money back, a milkshake. And got cursed at by the manager/​owner. Needless to say, you couldn’t pay me to eat here ever again after the way they treated a paying customer. Horrible business.

Ordered a cheesesteak and pizza. It was terrible. Cheesesteak roll was soggy. Pizza wasn’t cooked. The dough was chewy. Had it before and it was ok but this is so bad I won’t be going back.

Ok food but as a long time customer this is the 2nd time I’ve had to ask to speak to the manager — first about the rudeness of he girl taking my order, today about them completely forgetting a sandwich (we ordered 2 sandwiches & 2 fries). I requested a refund for just the sandwich for the inconvenience and they brought back money, no sandwich. I call back and the Manager is arguing with me when I offered to give back the $ 7 if they would bring the sandwich. He argues some more and THEN says they’ll bring the sandwich. Really?! We order from them weekly but never again!

I just moved to this neighborhood a few months ago, and I’ve been searching for the best local pizza. John’s is definitely NOT it. It ain’t terrible, but believe me, you can do better. Go here only if you just don’t care that much about pizza or if you’re too drunk to get in the car and find the real thing.
