Jazzman’s Cafe & Bakery

My boss gave me a Sodexo gift card (for «Administrative Professionals Day» lol) so I decided to stop by Jazzman’s Café (which is owned by Sodexo). This café is a little difficult to find if you aren’t familiar with the Drexel Center City campus. It’s located inside the New College Building, which is also where lecture halls and classrooms are located for Drexel nursing and health professions students.
There is a decent assortment of fresh salads and sandwiches, and of course baked goods. There is usually fresh sushi on display as well. Today I opted for a crab-​and-​shrimp sushi roll. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but it was quite good! It tasted fresher than prepackaged sushi I’ve had at grocery stores (blegh) but it was a bit pricey — nearly $ 6 for a pretty simple roll.
There are tables and other seating options around the café but if it’s a particularly busy time of the day (lunch, students getting out of class) you might not find something right away.
The staff is always friendly! Maybe I’ll go back and get some more sushi.
