All the donuts and bagels are fine. The coffee is watered down and way too much sugar is added. So always ask for no sugar. Service was slow too as they forgot my order, but the place is clean and the employees are alright.

Yikes. My experience today wasn’t nearly as bad as the other posts. I walked in after already chugging coffee at home and still failing at successfully waking to acceptable daytime levels. DD is my last resort place these days. Stuff makes me jittery.
It was pretty empty despite the morning hour, and I ordered my large coffee and muffin. Staff member was friendly enough/​efficient. Muffin was good. Coffee succeeded in waking me up for a little bit pre-​caffeine crash/​causing extreme jitters.
Pretty standard DD experience overall. It’s in the strip mall between Westmoreland and Allegheny on Broad. Lots of other convenient chains surround it.

Terrible service. The girl with BBs in her face has a lot of attitude and blames it on other workers when she hands you the wrong food. Terribly managed and staffed. Check to make sure you get your order! They gave the people in front of us the wrong order too.

Dunkin Donuts is ubiquitous in Philadelphia – convenient, available. I’d say that’s all it has going for me. Doughnuts are unspiried – I do like the French Crullers. The coffee is subpar. And the breakfast sandwiches are weak (I had the turkey sausage this weekend and it was fine, but nothing I couldn’t have made at home).
I go here before breakfast meetings where I haven’t planned to bring anything better. No idea how this chain stays in business with the huge amount of better coffeeshops around town.

Had to repeat my order twice, even after it was entered. My iced coffee with a little cream came out white, and even after I asked for more coffee I was handed back the same thing.

I’m really OK with Dunkin’ Donuts as a chain. I’m a big fan of chocolate Glazed donuts and their hash browns but for the love of all that is holy they should just take the hash browns off their menu at this location because they constantly don’t have them available and this is unacceptable.
