The bad news is they think that health code requirements don’t matter when they are selling a lot of iced coffee/tea. The cashiers ignore the scoop and dunk your cup and their dirty hand into the ice. The good news is they have quick service in the AM, even with big lines of people. They hustle. (I just wish they’d still use the ice scoop.)

Not a bad location. I like that it’s open 24 hours for when I want coffee or a donut late at night after work. I had a random experience the other night. I ordered a caramel coffee, found out they had cookie dough and wanted to change it. The guy refused then decided he should add the caramel and cookie dough together even though I was saying NONO! He also kept telling me how gross cookie dough was! Excuse me, but I love it, and who talks badly about the products at the store they work at? The coffee is pretty hit or miss. I now have to try it before I leave, or else I go home disappointed. They also need to get their scanners fixed! Always takes forever to scan my card on my phone!

C’mon it’s Dunkin Donuts… and as much as they hype themselves up on ads, the coffee better be good… and it IS! Actually, even though the parking lot is particularly maddening(at all hours of the day), the coffee here is consistently prepared exactly the way I like it. In addition, my husband currently has me hooked on their bowtie pastries. The workers seem to be of average friendliness, the prices are reasonable, and it’s conveniently located. I’m always sure to take a few sips of coffee before leaving out, equipping myself to deal with the ‘no left turn’ signs posted on EVERY end of the lot! That burns me up! That’s all for now… Time To Make The Donuts!

Sense of urgency is not there in the service. Not friendly and they seem like they are all lost.

It’s a DD. So, pretty basic. However, they don’t make a very good iced coffee here which is sad. Plus the service is a bit lacking. Be ready for chaos in the am on the weekdays! Including the parking lot.

I would avoid this place if it weren’t so convenient. The staff is friendly but, on average, there are a solid 12+ employees working here. This is fine until it takes 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee(regularly). Brutal. But, the coffee is consistently great and everyone is pleasant so I keep going back when time permits. Parking lot is a total disaster here. It’s almost always full and the Ridge/Calumet intersection is a nightmare more often than not. 24 hours!

As far as DD goes, this location is a-ok. The staff is always very friendly and the service is relatively quick although there is often times a line as this store is attached to a gas station. Open 24⁄7 and I don’t recommend going late at night. Not the best clientele after a certain hour.

This Dunkin is my new Dunkin. For reference, my old Dunkin was the one at Juniper & Walnut. Now I can begin my review of this particular Dunkin. So far so okay, service has a lot less urgency than a Center City Dunkin. It serves its purpose though. They don’t make the iced coffees the same sugary way my old Dunkin did, but they’re probably doing me a favor — and they’re still delicious! Only negative is that this Dunkin shares a parking lot(and building) with BP. If you go during a busy time, AKA the time we all want coffee, it could be tough to get a parking space.

OK so the main reason I am giving this two stars is because the cashier was on her cell phone when she handed me my coffee. This is one of my biggest pet peeves, cashiers on their cell phone while they are serving you. It’s rude and you can wait at least two minutes till I leave to chat with your friends, there’s also this thing called texting which you can do sneakily. Otherwise always quick and efficient with the service.

Its a gas station Dunkin Donuts so what do you expect. I haven’t had any beverage issues however I am pretty bland: large coffee with cream and sugar. On the occasion I purchase a bagel with cream cheese, they have forgotten the cream cheese before which is a total bummer when you reach for your bagel several miles away.

Two times now I’ve went in for an iced tea… and they are«out». Another time I ordered an iced tea with lemon and sweet n’ low and I was handed a iced coffee. Service has went down hill within the last couple of months.

Fast, and great employees. The cashier and the woman who makes the food both know my order. Therefore once I walk in they are both ready for me. By the time I pay, my food is ready. everytime. They are super nice and always quick. I enjoy starting the day with this DD.

Fast, friendly service makes this DD a great option. I’ve been a few times on the way to work to pick up a dozen donuts and have no complaints as far as my experiences inside. But outside is a different story. The parking lot is tiny, constantly packed and extremely stressful to deal with, as is the turns necessary to exit. I’ve sat for longer than I’d like waiting to make a left turn, something I hate doing when I’m already rushing to get to work. Most likely this place is fantastic outside of rush hour times, but they really need to do something about the hectic parking lot situation.

BIPLOP! I’m not sure of his nationality, but the on employee, Biplop — has the coolest name ever. This is the fastest, most efficient Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because DD still hasn’t caught on to making a few vegan options. As soon as you walk in the door Biplop, or one of his cohorts are ready to serve you. I’ve never waited for more than 2 min — even when getting iced coffees and a sandwich. DD take note — this is the bessst.

Super friendly staff, efficient during busy hours and coffee is always YUM! If you need a hit of caffeine and love DDs? If you’re in the area definitely stop in here. Breakfast sandwiches are also good but be warned… if you get a bagel with cream cheese? they lay it on THICK! I usually scrape a lot off so i don’t get sick but it’s nice knowing they’re generous… I would have given them 4 stars for service but they only get 3 since parking is terrible here. People try to come in and leave from all directions so it’s chaos when it’s busy. You’re either fighting for a spot, waiting for a spot or making your own spot… parking nightmare…
