If zero stars were an option, they would get it. I must admit that they were able to take my job immediately, due to the circumstances. and we started off great. However, come to the end of them finishing up the work the job wasn’t done and they immediately wanted the rest of the payment. Let me be clear and say that they were contracted for over $ 6,000 worth of work in which they already were paid for. When it came time to finish my floors, they did not put the trim back on and wanted partial payment. However, per our contract they did not get their full payment until the work was COMPLETE. I received unprofessional text messages from the lead contractor Isaac and a rude phone call from the office (1 time). Adrian was helpful, yet they charged my credit card without my approval. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. My property and my tenants deserve better respect than what was shown during this project. I am definitely writing the better business bureau and my property management company owner to ensure they don’t do business with them again.

Rude and unprofessional. Wanted to give owner a check and he refused. Only would accept cash. He then blocked my driveway so I could not leave. I almost had to call the police. Way too expensive for the poor quality of work. Do not trust these people in your home.

Grossly unprofessional and overpriced. The owner is rude an defensive when responding to criticism. Save your money and frustration.

Job is well done but too expensive for what they do. After a few months I hired another company same job for half the price!
