buyer beware:
Avoid this CH Windows like the plague. DO YOUR RESEARCH!
My condo awarded them the contract to redo the windows for entire building two hours away in Baltimore.
Big job, they bid low … and did shoddy work: used the wrong hardware on the windows… now they wont stay up. I have another company to FIX their bad work!
We got taken. pure and simple. No calls returned, office staff turns over often so you never get anywhere. They ignore you long enough so you go away. I hope owner David Mansfield and his Chestnut Hill Windows company go away. its just a matter of when IF THEY HAVENT ALREADY!
