Burger King

I come to this location often last night though I paid for my order got home & it wasn’t right. I wrote email to corporate & they right away took action. I received email stating I would get a coupon in next few weeks which was good. I then got a phone call for me to come in & get a free meal for my inconvenience. Now that is how you run a business. Its not about the free food but the reaching out to handle the issue. If he would have just called that would have been good enough. The managers name was Anthony & he definitely earned this 5 star rating. He was nice & made sure food was fresh. Of course I’ll be back bc this location is convenient for me. If all businesses handled their issues as such the world would be a better place

Went here all the time, but the quality kept getting worse. The last straw was when I went thru the drive thru and in my soda was some «boogie like» substance. I called up to tell the staff and they acted like I was lying to them. Then I posted pics on twitter and no reply at all from Burger King (I wasn’t looking for anything just a sorry and we will look into it.) I guess the moral of my review is that, if you want to go to a place that has a staff that doesn’t care and you like finding foreign substances in you food and drinks then look no further this slimy Burger King is your place!

This Bugler King location is as good as a Burger King gets. 99% of the time I use the drive-​thru and I’ve never had an issue. I’m always greeted with a polite worker at the window, hot food, and correct change. The one or two times I have eaten here the dining room was pretty quiet and clean.

I wish Unilocal had 0 stars, this place is God awful! I know, I know its burger king but its so filthy and disgusting and it was shut-​down and reopened so they can clean, the health dept should just do the NE a favor and shut this place down.
