Stop in there today to buy 2 sets of gas struts for my rear hatch door and the rear glass on my SUV and some female employee yells who’s red truck is that outside I said it was mine. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to move because it was blocking the entrance. Now I mind you I was already in the store so apparently it didn’t blocked any entrance of the store. My Driver side tires were on the yellow line of a 6 foot wide path leading to the front doors it was the first parking spot. And on the other side of the path was a handicap spot. This is the Roxborough Store on Ridge Ave. So The AutoZone parking Nazi decided this is how To greet there customer. So instead of causing an incident I decide to go ahead and move my truck right down to the
Pep Boys where they gladly took my $ 97 for the two sets of gas strut that I purchased for my SUV. Way to go AutoZone I’ll never go back there again!

I bought a rearview mirror repair kit from a different autozone store that fell off within a day. I came into this store and they were super nice about it — gave me a whole new kit free of charge. This place is great — I’ll definitely be back.

This place is great! I’ve been here many times and all the employees are helpful. I asked one of the older guys to check my battery, you might think this is normal, but it’s not. Many car places, most notably the business down the road on Henry, who I won’t mention, never checked my battery when I asked, they told me it would take an hour last time. I’m like an hour? Give me the tools I’ll do it myself.
Also notably one of the younger women working here always gives me great advice. I told her how much of a pain cleaning my rims was and she told me about the playing card trick, which sounds so much easier than just taping etc.
Nice place. Good location. Clean. Highly recommended.

Well-​staffed, clean store. You can get everything you need quickly and the staff know where everything is. I order online and they call about three minutes later letting you know the order is ready for pickup.
