My experience at this store was very positive. Anthony C. assisted me with my phone upgrade and he was helpful and patient. He asked questions that helped to guide me on what would be the best upgrade for my needs. Anthony helped me with every step of the upgrade and has been available for follow-up questions. I would recommend Anthony to assist anyone with their questions and customer service.

Don’t even deserve 0 star. Long waiting time, the staff don’t acknowledge you. You just have to wait clueless if anyone is ever going to approach to register into the walk-in list. If you are lucky enough to be registered before you give up and leave the store, then it’s a longer wait until your turn to meet with somebody to get assistance or not. I went there twice this week just to be disappointed with the service and explanation provided by the consultant after waiting for hours. I will not recommend anyone to go to this store.

This store deserves 0 stars. The staff is extremely rude. I’ve walked in twice in the past two weeks to inquire about upgrading my iPhone and neither of the two people behind the desk cared to acknowledge my presence or offer to assist me. On the first visit I approached the counter and the woman gave me such an attitude while she was shuffling papers around that I felt as though I was interrupting or bothering her. On the second visit, again no one assisted me while I browsed for about ten minutes. During this second attempt, I witnessed one of the sales reps practically yelling at another customer because she was not clear about what product she wanted to buy and how she wanted to use it. Lastly, the store has very few functioning devices on display, so you can’t truly compare various devices. Perhaps their service is so poor because they are not owned by AT&T corporate, although the directors at AT&T should be concerned that this store is hurting their reputation. If you’re shopping for a new phone or need any other assistance from AT&T, don’t come here.
