3rd Element Spa & Salon

I needed to get my hair done and researched a lot of salons and ended up picking this one well bc it was close to my house. Happy I did, Brenda was my stylist, she did a great job. She takes her time to make sure your hair looks nice. Also she is gentle so if you’re tender headed like me that’s an added bonus and doesn’t use crazy heat blow drying your hair so relaxing process rather than a chore.

Unfortunately (for them) they lost a recurring client. I’m not 100% sure who my partner spoke with but they were given such a hassle when trying to purchase a massage package for me for Christmas. Mind you I had already been there, they have a record of my visit, I’m sure they still have the credit card I used to reserve my appointment via StyleSeat in their system, which is the same credit card I used to pay for my previous session. Why they gave my partner such a ridiculously hard time about purchasing a gift certificate, and when they offered to just pay for the services and allow me to redeem it when I came in, they gave them this speech about having an ID etc. Ummm my ID was never checked when I paid for my first visit nor was it in anyway required. My partner ended up telling me to pick another day spa to give our business to. So be it…

I got permanent color for the 1^st time in my life (over 30) by Andrea. I also got a «double» press by Brooke. They both did an AWESOME job!!! The Receptionist was nice too :) I highly recommend this place.

I love this place! I was looking for a place that was within walking distance to my house, and found Element spa. I go every two weeks for a gel manicure and pedicure, and I’m always pleased with my results. I also like the quiet and peaceful environment that allows me to relax. The salon is also very neat and clean, which is a marked difference from the average nail salon. I’m planning on getting a facial and a hot stone massage as soon as I get some extra time!

Location is great, service is great. When I walked into salon I was pleasantly surprised. The salon/​spa is beautiful. (This is really full service.) Once in I was greeted by the stylist assistant. I with brought back to the shampoo area to be shampooed, after which I received a protean treatment. Dryer time for protean treatment is 10 mins. 10 mins is all the time I spent under the dryer. After the protean is rints out a vegetable conditioner is applied. (this is REAL hair care
