Came here for a couples massage and was very satisfied! Very relaxing atmosphere. Massage therapists did a wonderful job. Really love the décor too.

Was at Zen Spa in Fenwick today. The place is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff is all so friendly and make you feel right at home. Very relaxing atmosphere. Was there for hair appointment and will be going back to Jack Howard for all of mine and my family’s hair needs. I honestly just cannot say how much I enjoyed my afternoon there!

I went here expecting a typical resort type massage while here on vacation. What a wonderful surprise! Had an extremely great deep tissue massage with Gayle. She has a terrific friendly personality, very professional and knew her business. I highly recommend her. A wonderful find on beautiful Fenwick Island.

Wonderful vacation retreat!!! My husband and I each enjoyed two services at Zen Spa this afternoon (90 minute swedish massage, Men’s pedicure, 60 minute prenatal massage, 60 minute Zen Spa facial). We regularly book spa appointments while on vacation, and Zen Spa rates right up there with some of the best spas we’ve attended in the country! I am six months pregnant and the prenatal massage was delightful. The technician paid such care and attention to my comfort while delivering a very well balanced and relaxing massage. All of the staff today were so pleasant, knowledgeable, and experienced. And the atmosphere is incredible — huge, comfortable, clean rooms and delightful relaxation areas! We will definitely return during our next trip to the beach!

Called and got a same day appointment for a concentrated massage for neck pain/​muscle spasm. Tanya did a fabulous job and was professional/​friendly. The spa was quiet, clean and relaxing. I will be back.

Great experience there! I went back in June with my boyfriend. We spent the weekend at the beach but it was forecasted to rain sadly, but we made up for it with a couples massage. The place was great. Clean and relaxing spa environment. Also everyone was super nice. Good massages too I had Brian and my boyfriend had Olga. Definitely going back next time we visit! Oh and cucumber and mint water!

When at Zen Spa for a facial, always ask for Amanda. Not only does Amanda deliver outstanding service, she is friendly and upbeat. I always leave satisfied and relaxed after an appointment. My daughter and husband feel the same way. If we could clone her then we could all get facials at the same time. Sadly, my spouse and offspring will have to wait. There is just one Amanda.

We vacation in Fenwick Island every year with another family. We always do a girls day with massages at Zen Spa (4 years and counting), and have thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, service and massages each year that we’ve gone. I just booked our appointments for this year’s vacation and am very much looking forward to it!

It was time to rebook a hair and nail appointment and I didn’t return to Zen Spa. Brandon is a great stylist but the customer service from the front desk is lacking and unfriendly. They lost one of my appointments and scrambled to find me a manicurist who asked if they should run an errand before taking me. Meanwhile another employee worked on her own toes. You are offered no refreshment in the waiting area, no one escorts you to your destination. The experience is awkward and that’s not what I expect for my hard earned money.

Visited while celebrating a birthday. Called while 15minutes away thinking my appointment went through. They were able to accomodate my request and get us in with a 10 minute wait. They were welcoming and the couples massage was amazing. Brain and Sarah were great. I little pricey but was definitely worth it. When I visit again I will definitely get another.

This Spa was anything but «Zen». Not to mention is it overpriced, but it was also an underwhelming experience. The waiting room is more like an awkward living room where you have no choice but to be sucked into the couch while you wait. The lighting in the bathroom was practically nonexistent and I felt as though I was in a dark closet. I understand Studio Z was recently opened, but after getting my haircut I couldn’t even look at the back because a second mirror couldn’t be found. Upon styling my new haircut at home, I discovered that my bob was VISIBLY unevenly cut and very choppy (which is exactly what I asked not to do during my consultation). The shampoo and conditioner that I was talked into buying has also failed to exceed my expectations which is appalling considering the bottles were $ 20 a piece. Not to mention my pedicure. After I arrived back to where I was staying, I realized that I had a sharp sensation and pain in my toes. When I looked down I saw that not only one, but two of my toes were cut right in front of my nail. And $ 45 for a shellac manicure? I just don’t even know what to say about that. So, to sum up this trip to «Zen» Spa, I paid $ 200 to have a mediocre haircut, get my toes cut up while getting a pedicure, and a shampoo and conditioner set that feels no different than the stuff I could buy at Walmart for $ 3 a bottle. Maybe at these outrageous prices you could at least offer your clients wine or something other than that cranberry and orange infused water that tasted like it came straight from the tap. None of the services I received justified the overpriced price that it came with, it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning back here when I am back in Fenwick because I have much better things I can spend $ 200 on. My $ 200 would have been better spent at the Bayville Package Store.
****UPDATE: I called and spoke with the Manager on Friday January 9^th to express my concerns. She seemed to be genuinely concerned with what I expressed to her about my experience and she said she was going to «investigate» and assured me that she was going to call me back. It is now January 22^nd and I am still yet to hear back… and I probably never will…

Came into town and needed bodywork after a long travel… Zen, got me right in, has very friendly staff and a fantastic massage therapist, Tiffany Siegler! Had a wonderful 90min massage and can now enjoy my vacation minus pain! Thank you!

Had a Swedish massage today with Brian. It was fantastic. I felt totally at ease. Right from the start he asked me about the temperature of the heated bed. Yes, a heated bed! I have visions of coming here in the winter and being enveloped in the warmth of the bed. Melanie (I think that was her name) was really pleasant on the phone and very accommodating when we arrived for her appt. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful spa with a very friendly and attentive staff! I was lucky enough to receive the wild berry detox treatment and hydra facial. Hydra facial is the BOMB! My massage was wonderful as well with exfoliation, lavender… beyond relaxing. The pedicure was a perfect ending. I will definitely be back, love, love, love this place!

This is an amazing spa right near the beach! The staff are friendly, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean, my massage was incredible, and prices are good. I love that they call you into the room 5 minutes prior to your scheduled massage time so you actually receive a full 60 minute massage. They also had cheese, hummus and light snacks in the waiting area, along with a yummy water with a hint of strawberry and mint. I was thoroughly impressed with Stacey, my massage therapist! She is friendly but not too talkative, and gave me a fantastic massage, just what I was hoping for! The only issue that I’ve run into is that it’s been difficult to schedule a mani/​pedi. I think they could use more technicians. Not worth docking a star, as this place is pretty awesome!

Great spa especially for a group. We went there for a bachelorette weekend. They have two nice sitting areas to hang out. My massage therapist Emily was great for deep tissue massage. I wish I would have gotten 90 minutes instead of 60. Others were really happy with their massages and facial as well. Great relaxing zen décor. Must try if you are in the area.

Wow! This is a fantastic place to go relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. They have a beautiful and large space that feels like a you’re being transported back to a time when life was slower.
My wife received a pedicure and hot stone massage while I was treated to a 75 minute hot stone massage. Sarah was amazing and I didn’t want my massage to end. She made me totally relaxed and I just melted into the table. Both my wife and I were incredibly impressed by the friendly, genuine staff and their obvious love for what they do.
We would highly recommend this spa to anyone who is looking to unwind and untangle the knots in their back!

A great place to relax and get a massage and facial. Men friendly. Very polite staff. My daughter and I went there last summer for the first time. It will be a routine stop for us this summer.
