After a few (sweaty) attempts to repair our a/​c unit on our own, we did a quick Unilocal search to find a professional. We called Satisfaction Heating and Cooling after 7pm and Forrest was at our door within 10 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable and throughly explained what repairs were necessary and why. We paid much less than we feared and he even gave us a break on after-​hours fees. We will call on them again! We’re going to sleep comfortably tonight!
