Every time I come into this particular store I am never disappointed. the sales reps at the store always help me with any issues I have. whether it is a issue about billing or upgrading my device. I recently went into this store and they recommended a new plan for my family and I to where we would save more money. The reps Kese, Jon, and Kris are especially great at what they do. they like to earn their wage and help with ANYTHING. customer service is EXCELLENCT!!! GOSEETHEMTODAY!!!

My iPhone 4s crashed on me the night before so I ended up walking into this store with a poor mindset(too needy). Anyways, I walked in with iPhone 6s in mind and ended up walking out the iPhone 6s + a whole bunch of accessories I didn’t really need. The hustle is real at this location. The whole time I was there, Jonathan(store manager) was constantly trying to upsell and cross sell me an iPad, Verizon Edge, selfie stick, etc. The only reason I ended up with the accessories was because I was led to believe it was part of a bundle WITH the iPhone and I would be getting a special price. I asked him a couple times about the necessity of the bundle and all he gave were vague, unclear answers. If you’re coming here with the intention to solely purchase a new phone with none of the extra BS, make sure you don’t let them install the screen protector and case on your phone. Once they do, you’re fully in their sales funnel and it’s a slippery slope from there. During the check-out process, Jonathan nonchalantly asked for my signature on a pad while mentioning their 14 day refund policy, not selling the phone to third-parties, etc. If I could do it over, I would’ve asked for a full print out of all the documents before I put my name on any of it. It turns out the accessories were part of a bundle called ‘Total Care Package’(more like Total Hustle Package) that costs $ 139.99 having nothing to do with the iPhone itself, and the accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE. And best of all, throughout the whole process Jonathan never mentioned a single word about the financing of the iPhone itself — nothing about the monthly payments, duration, etc. In short, Jonathan is the sleaziest salesman I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very inconvenient, shady, and uncomfortable. If you insist on going here, proceed with caution.

I came in cause my phone was having issues with the internet. Deb and Crystal were so much help. They took the time to see what was wrong with my phone and figured out why it wasn’t connecting! They also looked into my account and saw that I could Their customer service was honestly what won me over. I was really upset when I walked in and I left in a much better mood.
