The manager at this store Ray doesn’t know much about his job. He sold me a charger that I had to return because it didn’t work. He said I thought it wouldn’t work this guy is the manager seriously. I asked him for a phone charger for a note 3 s certain kinda charger he didn’t know what I was talking about. Well luckly there is another radio shacks not to far from this one.

Today I spent 1 hour 40 mins in this store with my boyfriend getting him the new I-​phone. Bryan was very patient and helpful and didn’t seem discouraged at all. He gave exceptional customer service. Will definitely be back if we need anything else.
