Starbucks

This Starbucks always runs out of the syrups for seasonal or special drinks wayyyyy before the date the drink discontinues. (Ex. The Caramelized Honey Latte) You’d think after it happening literally every time, they’d order more for the volume of customers that location receives, but sure enough they continue running out every time. Other than that, the employees are decent and my drinks are usually done correctly.

I love coffee and Starbucks is the number one place I go before work. Sometimes the lines are longer than normal, but the people that work there are pretty fast so the line moves at a fast rate. I do love that they offer free wifi. A lot of the times after work I’ll just go there to finish up some work because it’s peaceful enough.

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my house on the way to work and out on the weekends. Every time I go through the drive thru the person taking the order gets it wrong, which the person at the window physically gives me my incorrect order. It’s every time too, weird. It’s either the wrong order, or they have missed an item I have ordered with my coffee drink. Time and time I go there it’s never a good experience they just give an attitude when I correct the staff. I am hoping one day it will it better. I am hopeful.

This is an OK Starbucks. employees have always been polite and friendly. when the lines are LOONG… And they are.(more often than not), it can take 15 MIN. Or more to get on your way. This is for the drive thru… speaking of. all Unilocal comments are spot on when referring to the crazy annoying drive thru set up. alot of times I take one look and just say never mind and go to Marista’s or the coffee bear… depending on direction of travel… Starbucks doesn’t need my money that bad

I come here every now and then, more so on weekends but each time I visit, I’m reminded why I avoid this Starbucks. The way the drive thru is set up sucks, and the limited parking makes it difficult as there’s always some sort of confused, awkward traffic going on.
Nonetheless, if you can look past the parking and drive thru fiasco, I guess they’re okay… However, I was a bit annoyed by my order the other day, I was expecting to get a bit more out of my trenta strawberry acai refresher but I got a big ass cup full of ice. Considering how much more I’m paying for a trenta, it would be nice to get past two sips. Even my 7 year old pointed out that there was a lot of ice vs. the actual drink in my cup. So if you ever order a cold drink, make sure to tell them light ice. Otherwise, you’re paying $ 5+ for a cup of ice. And in that case, I can go down to the gas station and get more bang for my buck on ice.

Came at a pretty busy time, when the drive thru line was around the building and we still got our drinks and were on our way in less than 5 minutes! I was impressed. Got a decaf mocha that was perfect and my husband tried the new latte macchiato and also thought it was perfect. Will definitely be willing to drive an extra 5 minutes from my normal Starbucks to visit this one!

Extremely slow even with a short line. Only 2 barristas on duty today January 10, 2016. I’m used to much faster service at just about every other Starbucks I visit but this one is extremely slow. Probably won’t visit this one again :(

Longest lines ALWAYS. I waited in line for twenty minutes, and the employee was chatting with the lady in front of me for what felt like forever. No free drink. Other locations give you a free drink ticket after waiting in line for ten minutes, but twenty minutes and nothing. No apology for the wait even. Just don’t.

The place is so small! Just like any other starbucks places, there are seats outside; but the Washington weather on the night I came in (around the first week of November), it was not a good idea to sit outside! I got a few drinks since I stayed the whole night till they were about to close and they were fine. The place is very busy, they have a drive-​thru, and I do recommend taking it if you are in a hurry. I came in to study and did not find a seat quickly and I had to wait for somebody to leave so I can use a table. The people here were friendly, though, and the baristas were nice. I like it that their sections for salads and wraps are not on the counter; I can check out and decide on their goodies without annoyingly being asked if I’m ready or not.
Overall, it’s a really cool place if you are only planning to get a drink and not stay, because the seats are most likely taken and you might have to wait.

Ordered the chestnut praline latte and got a free gingerbread loaf as a Merry Monday perk. The gingerbread loaf was a bit too gingery for me but the chestnut praline latte was good with half the amount of syrup and an extra shot. :)
Service was good. They gave me exactly what I asked for and it was quick and easy.

Well staffed and friendly service, but very limited indoor seating. They keep the temperature super cold inside possibly to keep customers from hanging out too long. So bring your parka!

What can I say about this particular Starbucks? Well for starters they are pretty darn busy (especially the drive-​thru) but don’t let that deter you from getting your daily coffee fix here. I ordered my usual (short, Italian, pour-​over with no room) inside the Starbucks as opposed to dealing with a congested drive-​thru line. I was pleased at the efficiency and speed at which these baristas worked. Granted I only ordered one item, but the place was packed. With that being said I only spent a minute or so waiting for my coffee (which is pretty darn fast, especially since I came here during one of their peak hours).
The only thing I have to gripe about is the fact that the drive-​thru area is situated in front of a parking lot exit. The location of the drive-​thru can inadvertently cause lines to spread out across the lot effectively preventing you from exiting the easternmost parking area. Parking logistics aside, this Starbucks is superb. I plan on frequenting this location. Keep up the great work baristas!

I love this Starbucks! I have had nothing but good service and drinks here. I come here on my way to the transit center in the mornings when I didn’t get a chance to make my morning cup of coffee at home. I prefer to line up in the drive thru unless it’s a long line, then I’ll go inside if I have the time.
The staff are pretty friendly for the most part. There are some that kinda rubbed me the wrong way but it is pretty early in the morning and not a lot of people are morning people so I just shrug it off.
This instance, I had decided to try their mobile order service. Well, I showed up and they said that they did not receive a mobile order. Welp, I had ordered at the wrong location, which was two miles in the opposite direction. However, they ended up making my order for me at no charge and I had to just call the wrong store to let them know I wasn’t coming to pick up my order.
So, if you are going to try mobile ordering, make sure you mark your favorite stores first so you don’t get messed up. I knew I was going to screw up my first time ordering through the app. But it all worked out and I was still able to catch my bus to work!

The Location is good and usually the service is good. I come here every morning before work. I always get shots over ice with caramel sauce. But every morning my coffee is different. There’s one lady who always seems to put caramel syrup in addition to the caramel sauce without even asking and it is always overly sweet. Other than the inconsistency overall it is not that bad. I still come here.

So tonight my boyfriend went in to get us our drinks, a caramel macchiato and a white mocha. They were out of the caramel for mine and the white mocha for his. They didn’t offer him a voucher or credit, and just gave an awkward half assed apology asking if he wanted anything else. Any other Starbucks I have been to would have tried to make up for it. Very POOR customer service. The district managers should really step in and get that store up to scratch.

Slowest drive thru ever. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, expect the sit in you car in a poorly laid out parking lot for at least 20 minutes. Trying to get in drive thru line? Good luck it’s always jumbled cars spilling into the road from multiple directions.

Having to wait 5 min for a water. Not cool. Left without it. Parking lot is terrible the line is always long I never go here anymore I needed to stop really quick for lunch. Sorry I did

First I will mention — I am not a Starbucks fan and only go because the ones I am with wanted to take a break and get a gift card.
This place has no where to really sit. They have a couple of small tables in the middle of the line and so you are sitting with everyone in line standing at your table. Not fun to visit.
I thought the premise behind Starbucks was to sit and visit — someone needs to tell them.
Second — they do not have real cups — only take out. Well we ordered a couple of gift cards and left to go to a coffee place that wants customers.

I got fast service and an accurate order. Employee that took my order was very nice. Great experience.

Honestly just got the worst coffee ever. The coffee shots weren’t blended into my caramel macchiato frappé they were at the bottom and it tasted burnt. Never again will I go here and my school is just down the street I’d rather just not I spent like $ 6 for crap.
