Pizza Pizazz

Tried to order a pizza and the person answering the phone was obviously annoyed at the call. I was trying to order for delivery and he stated that it was a new system and he was trying to get used to it and «doing the best he could». I decided to go elsewhere. I give it a two-​star because at least he did answer the phone.

Tried this place twice, but both times the pizza was really really greasy. I get that pizza isn’t exactly health food, but i’d like to not feel like i’m actively shutting down my arteries while i eat. They have lovely customer serivce and home delivery is fast.

Horrible customer service, ESPECIALLY when busy, which shouldn’t be a problem considering they are a business… And be sure to tip a lot if you want your food faster, because if not they will make you wait for about 20 minutes (like they did to me), making my supreme XL pizza ordered from their lovely store nice and cold when I got home. Oh yea, and I had to go pick it up too — so about a total of an hour and fifteen minutes to make an XL supreme and an order of stuffed rolls? And then your front desk person ignores me when I ask if my order is ready?
I hate writing bad reviews because I do want to see a business succeed and yes, there have been time (s), very cumbersome, when I do come in and get a great order; but the one major aspect I go off of is HOW I WAS TREATED AS A PERSON. If I walk into a restaurant and do not even get greeted, or acknowledged, or even the slightest body gesture to maybe make me feel like I am a customer? Anyways, pizza pizzazz will get a ONE star, actually I don’t think they even deserve that. Maybe the owner should think of a new staff, or maybe consider a new business? Because any operating business which SERVES THE PUBLIC should not make customers feel like they shouldn’t be served/​helped and should make that customer wait a ridiculous amount of time.

I love my pizza, and hands down one of the best pizzas I ever had. and my the rolls are amazing I could eat them all day.

There is no better pizza in Federal Way! The service and folks involved with Pizza Pizzazz are first rate and treat everyone promptly and with courtesy. The pizza is fantastic whether Veggie to all meat. You can’t go wrong with Pizza Pizzazz. Trust me on this one as Pizza is hands down my favorite food, this place will beat any of those chain pizza joints hands down. Do yourself a favor and do the Pizzazz.

First time trying this place out. I got the garlic mozzarella rolls according to the other reviews but it wasn’t all that great. I got a large size chicken pizza half BBQ sauce n half with garlic ranch. That was good. More like a step up from Pizza Hut n domino’s. delivery time was 45−1hr but it took around 40min. On a Saturday evening.

This place is rock’n good! Chill dining area, great service and the pizza! SO BOMB! I love the crust! Its delicious :]

Absolutely incredible pizza for a great price, we got a large 2 topping pizza for 12.05 total. The cheese is incredible and gooey, the sauce is one of the best marinara sauces I have had, and the crust is unique and delicious. The fact that we got this pizza for only a little over the price of a Pizza Hut pizza and got one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time makes it more than worth it.

Pizza Rolls are the best. We order just them. The pizza is just ok but I highly recommend the pizza rolls.

Employees were not very friendly & I wasn’t greeted when I came in. Pizza rolls were good though.

We order pizza here probably once a month. I can’t understand how any restaurant can be so inconsistent. When it’s good… it’s the best pizza in town. When it’s bad… it’s really, really bad.
They seem to struggle with details. For example, when we order a large cheese bread, I request 3 ranch and 3 marinara to avoid having to share dips. I get 2 ranch and 1 marinara or 1 of each. Never 3 of each. Kinda frustrating, especially when I make it a point to ask twice. I wouldn’t even mind paying extra for extra dips… just get it right! I also order BBQ sauce instead of marinara on a couple of their pizzas… they have about a 10% accuracy rate when it comes to getting that right.
When they are on their game, they are the best pizza in town. Too bad they can’t seem to get it together.

Top place for pizza in federal way. I’ve been coming to this spot for 6+ years, and since they’ve been able to expand. I’m always raving about how good it is to anyone I can, and the pizza seriously never disappoints. It has more of a thick crust, so if you’re all about the thin & crispy it’s probably not going to be up your alley. Glad they’ve stuck around.

Being new to the WA Area, let alone Federal Way, it was crucial for us to find family friendly restaurants. So sure enough when we Unilocaled family restaurants in the area, it only brought up pizza and Chinese food. Lame.
But this place? This place is far from lame.
The first time we ordered, we ordered the deal with the Lg 3-​topping pizza, bread sticks, pizza rolls, and a 2-​liter diet coke. So naturally this second time around we ordered the same thing. Getting all of this for $ 35 when you can get a lg specialty pizza at RT for the same price… this deal is a MUST. AND. The pizza is DELICIOUS. It does NOT have that chain type flavor. And the pizza rolls? We recommend the Chicken and Bacon with Jack Cheese. We had the ham and pepperoni ones before, but the chicken and bacon is the way to go. The bread sticks are pretty basic but hey? Whatever.
And the ranch. It’s not that pre-​packaged cheap ranch. You can tell this place actually makes their own ranch, and that ranch is the BEST.
Definitely fans over here! Best part is that they are just around the corner from us. And they deliver ;)

Recently I feel like whoever is making the pizza doesn’t put very much love into them. You pay for each ingredient, yet often I only get a very light sprinkling of one thing and a lot of another. There will be a handful of olives or pineapple or whatever in the center of the pizza and none on the other parts. It doesn’t take much more time to spread the ingredients out over the whole pizza.

Don’t mean to hate on Federal Way, but you folks need to get out a bit more based on the high ratings. Very amateur pizza, embarrassing service. Wanted to like it, really did… A pound of cheese does not a good pizza make.

It’s hard to rate this place. I have ordered from here probably 6 times. And out of those 6 times I have had 3 really terrible experiences and 3 absolutely wonderful experiences.
When they are on their game the food is amazing, but when they aren’t… The food is nearly edible. My pizza last time was just a soggy freakin mess. I didn’t even eat it, it was so bad that it felt like someone spilled water on it or something. But the time before that the pizza was absolute perfection, a little crisp to the crust, not too greasy, very good!
I think I’ll try going in next time and see how that turns out

Delicious pizza and delicious food! The pizza was just right, and it definitely hit the spot! We ordered the largest sized pizza they had, and some pizza rolls. Both were just delightful. The pizza was hot and ready. Perfectly crisp crust! The only thing I would change are their prices, they are a bit more expensive than most places. Can’t wait to come back!

The lady that took my order said it would take 10 to 15 minutes for our order. It has been 30 minutes. No good. No one has checked on my order. I have been standing and waiting for 15 minutes and counting. Plus the 15 in the car. No good. Haven’t even tasted the food yet but already have a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after dropping 37 dollars on pizza.
Got the pizza home and it taste good. The kids really love the pizza rolls. The bbq wings were good too. I would come back.

So my last review I was raving how great the food is. Well that was based on my very first visit. After quite a few visits/​orders. I had to revisit my dear Unilocal acct and update my opinion on this pizza joint. — I had a simple two topping pizza order that was made incorrectly –I asked to use their online special, however the guy taking my order on the fone had no idea of prices and blamed that on his boss/​owner. Weird. But ok… — upon picking up my pizza, the poor guy was left alone pulling pizza out of the oven, placing pizza in boxes, simultaneously processing my order (However, one guy appeared from the back, while another guy came from the back as well, but walked past me to go on a break, hanging out next to the front door… hmm ok…)
welp, the incorrect orders of the last few pizzas ordered here, my pizza ordering will go to my next fav pizza joint in federal way due to the lack of care the ppl place in making their customers happy… a correct order.
Plus I’m kinda disgusted by the cleanliness of the work area where the pizza is prepared. As well as the dress code for this facility…

Grabbed a pizza from here on Friday night. $ 17 for a large pizza with two toppings. Crust was light, fluffy and the pizza had the right amount of cheese and a generous amount of sausage and pepperoni. It wasn’t burned, overcooked, or soggy. They have some awesome combos too.
The inside is interesting… There are rock posters everywhere and there was no one sitting there on a Friday night! I wouldn’t come here to sit down, just grab and go.
