Yogurt is pretty good! I wish there were a couple more flavors to choose from. Three stars for the yogurt. No stars for the employees-if you want to eat your treat in peace, don’t plan on doing it here! As I am sitting here with my froyo cup, the guy employee has tried to flirt with both girls working here. Didn’t come to watch a re-run of high school musical while having my froyo. Give it up man, they aren’t interested. And aren’t you supposed to be working?! While try-hard is failing at getting numbers from the girls that work here, the topping area needs some attention and the tables and floor round the tables are sticky. I wiped my own table off the best I could, but really? Next time, we will just get our froyo to go.

I walked up to the door at 10:01pm along with another couple behind me… a worker speed walked to the door and locked it in our face. He didn’t say a word or make eye contact. It was very rude and immature. If customer satisfaction is important to the business, then employees should should value that.

My favorite flavor is original plain tart with health topping of almonds, coconuts and blueberries and strawberries. Sometimes they have a coffee flavor. I also like it.

One of our favorite places for froyo! My friends my mom my family all love this place and I love this place. The flavors of froyo change every so often. Try the cheesecake bites! The fresh fruit and Mochi is really tasty. I love the original tart, cheesecake bites, animal crackers, blueberries, gummy worms. Always great any weather!

Walked in a little close to closing. Cashier made non stop remarks about how they closed in 5 minutes. as we were making out bowls they took all the utensils threw 5 forks on the counter and said just use the forks. Constantly the cashier was talking to the other employee about how they hate people coming in late. As long as you come in before the night shift takes over its actually a pretty good place.

Do their $ 5 Fridays after 9PM still exist? My daughter and I usually go on Friday nights to take advantage of this deal, but this past Friday, the total for our froyo came out to over $ 13. The cashier didn’t even weigh the cups, and as far as my math is concerned, I’m pretty sure two $ 5 cups of yogurt, plus tax, does not come out to over $ 13. I should’ve asked, but it was nuts crazy in there with the long lines so I didn’t realize it until I walked out.

This place is pretty good for a yogurt place. I wish they had more flavors then what was given. I had coffee and chocolate, and added cheesecake bits. The service probably made the place a little better with the staff being friendly.

Always at least one Sorbet making it an option for me as I don’t do the cow. Too cute in a way that could make your head explode assuming you survive the sugar overdose long enough to notice.

Love $ 5 Friday nights! They usually have 2 – 3 dairy free options too, which is really nice for us lactose-intolerant folks!

My favorite place to go for tart fro yo and great toppings. But customer service is not that great. The girls are always busy chit chatting with themselves to even say hello to customers. I’ve been here over a dozen times and it’s always been the same, until today. The girl working behind the counter was super sweet and she smiled and said hello when we walked in!!! Yay her !:)

Just a typical Menchies with a wide variety of flavored frozen yogurts. Although I prefer the likes of Red Mango and Pinkberry, this still hits any fro-yo craving one might have. Not a big fan of their classic fro-yo — not tart enough in my opinion. However, they have some good flavors that come and go. They have Dole whip occasionally, which I love since it’s one of my favorite things from Hawaii. Not a fan of the new Nutella flavor — didn’t really taste like Nutella, more like a German chocolate. The fruity flavors are pretty good — I’m a big fan of the peach mango! Overall, if you want a variety of fro-yos, Menchies is a good place to go. This particular one is a little small without much seating inside, but now that it’s summer, outside seating with a good fro-yo would be nice!

I still think their frozen yogurt is good, but with so many other places to compete with, it seems like they don’t have a great variety of flavors like they used to. One or two flavors always seem to be out and it doesn’t seem to have as many fresh toppings like they used to. But still better than a lot of other yogurt places.

Not really a fan. I like sub zero better. Load your cup up Friday after 9 pm is the way to go. Else you’re out 10 bucks. Also the toppings seemed old a stuck together. .

I really like Menchie’s. It’s a place where you can choose many options and help yourself. You pay by the weight. Every time I’ve been, there has been no one else there — even in the warm weather we’ve been having. So, not sure what that’s about. Anyway, good froyo. Great toppings. I do think it’s a bit pricey, though.

So I’ve been here a few times before, and it’s always been kind of quiet. Probably because the weather has been so cold. But today happened to be the warmest day we’ve had in awhile, so of course everyone is going to hit up Menchie’s. When I got there, there were only about 7 other people in there, kind of quiet. And the employees were standing behind the counter talking to each other. I asked for a waffle cone, and he said he would have to make a fresh one and that it would take a couple minutes, no big deal right? Well, of course he asked me if I wanted it dipped in chocolate, how could I resist? BUT– he forgot to mention it would take 15 minutes for him to make it.(If I had known that, I wouldn’t have gotten it.) ALSO, for about 5 minutes, both employees were in the back, leaving nobody at the register to help customers who ready to pay. & By the time I finally got my waffle cone, the place was packed with families just done with school activities & work. And of course, what little kiddo doesn’t want a waffle cone? So you could imagine it got kind of crazy in there. I guess my point here is that they need to be more prepared for afternoon rushes. And maybe even hire a couple more people. Especially with the warm weather we’ve been getting. Also, I was very disappointed in the waffle come because it was soggy as soon as I got it, I was expecting it to be crunchy. I’m not saying it’s the employee’s fault, because I don’t know what the guidelines are, but it is very poor management if you can’t make extra waffle cones so there’s not 15 kids running around for 20 minutes waiting for one. But the employees should mention that it would take awhile… I will go back of course, but I’ll never get a waffle cone again. (Sorry for the long review.)

I can’t get over my newly discovered, deliciously addicting topping choices on my original tart flavored yogurt! Oh, those popping bobas and cheesecake bites! Popping bobas are small, fruity spheres that explode with flavor as juice gushes out as you bite into them. The little cheesecake bites are exactly as you would expect with a sprinkling of graham crust. The fruit, nut and candy toppings accompany these highlights for a satisfying dessert. Understand that moderation of the amount you put in the cup’s important to how much it would cost. $.47 per oz and a full cup can be as much as $ 5 – 6. My method: fill about a circle to a circle and a half of yogurt inside the bottom of the cup and add toppings; just the right amount without over-indulging.

I only get to this location 3 – 4 times a year. I like it better than the one I go to in Seattle all the time. This one has friendly staff — always smiling, helpful, and busy keeping everything stocked and ready. Often, I only find one flavor that is out(usually a special flavor). The toppings are fresh, which is really nice. When I was there last week, the blueberries, strawberries, and mangoes were fantastic! I find that froyo places often skimp on quality toppings such as fruit because the yogurt masks the flavor. Not this location. Those fruits were amazing and completely enhanced my yogurt experience. They have great merch, the store is nice and air conditioned, seating outside, and a clean bathroom. These all seem like simple things but really, I’ve seen other stores fail in these areas too many times not to give credit where credit is due. This location happened to be participating in a phone app deal when I was there. 50% off? Whaaaat? Yes, please and thank you!
