Best service! If you don’t like to wait order it orver the phone. That’s what I usually do and it’s normally ready by the time I get there. I asked to try the blazin boneless wings and they gave me a lot without charging me. (Don’t try if you can’t handle wild)

Crappy service at this particular location. Ordered buffalo wings and both my husband and I got a serious case of the $#!ts!!! A day after the fact and we are still feeling crappy.

So much better! The service is now good and the wings and sauces that I enjoy are now warm when they arrive. So maybe they started a bit shaky, but they have evolved into a more acceptable dining experience. Pro-​tip, eat at the bar. For some reason the service is always better there.

We came in for some beer and wings, looking for a quick meal. The place was pretty empty. We got seated, and after about 10 minutes of no service I decided to start my timer. We sat there literally watching people get seated, get drinks, and their food. I checked my timer, we’ve sat for just over 20 minutes. That’s not including the 10 minutes before. People around us coming in after us were already finishing their food. Stood up and just left. SLOWEST AND WORST service. I will never go to this location. If you want good food and quick service, walk across the parking lot and try FIVE GUYS.

I used to go another location before. And Finally I tried to order this location. Unfortunately wings were not crispy and no tasty. But potato wedge was good.

Order the special fiesta style salad they had going on. My chicken came out with basically dry taco seasoning on it and the chips which I thought were to be tortilla strips… There was hardly any pico or corn, etc, and the lime cilantro ranch dressing was just regular ranch. Can we say ghetto I could have made this in my kitchen far better. I mean get it together .
Price of food in comparison to the quality! Lack lusting. And they can’t make drinks. I have gave this place numerous tries since my husband likes it here. I will refuse to go next time.

This place is a joke they i order to go frequentley and they never are accurate on time, i have come in and been straight ignored by the staff while i stood at the counter for 10 mins and the manager was standing right there, i am sitting in here right now and its been 30 minutes since they said my to go order would be ready in 20, i came late because i expected it and they still couldnt have it done … Feel free to come by if you want to be made to feel like they dont give a shit about you

For my taste the place is pretty loud but other than that food is pretty good. I prefer the Asian zing and Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are great days to come!

Could not even get past the disgusting bathrooms and dirty restaurant! Most disgusting place I have ever been

I’m not quite sure what’s more disappointing, waiting over 30 mins for two burgers, or having our drinks refilled at a faster rate. So disappointed I really thought we’d get good service considering its not a very full night. Oh well, better luck at McDonald’s next time. This was a bigger let down than the daredevil movie with Ben Affleck. Like C’Mon man. You’re blind not mute. The fries were super stale. Think one day old fries deep fried three times to achieve mediocre crunchy. Naw fam don’t do me like that.
But, then our lovely server came and fixed it so I can say that we’ll come back. As long as we have someone that goes the extra mile like she does

I almost feel like I lost my appetite, after working 9 hours and finally getting a chance to eat, came to Buffalo Wild Wings to have my taste buds destroyed by a ton of salt they put in the food, the waiter was nice to remake everything… I hope it’s good, :(
The lady is very nice, she replaced our meal, and again it was so salty… This time I’m just going to keep the food, I don’t want to complain this time but she came around and asked, and I really didn’t want to lie to her and say everything is good when really it’s not, she just handed a menu to take a look, her customer service is top notch!
I’m going to look at the menu again and see what else there is, we just ordered the other sampler… But man even the tacos were salty and so were the replacement tacos… I’m so depressed… I’m so hungry… I’m happy our server is super nice, but I starting to feel stressed because I hate complaining. She did give us complementary chicken wings which is super nice… But the wings are crazy salty too. :(

Our food is soooo good! Finally I’m so happy! Thank goodness, I will now upgrade my 1 star to 3, because of our server, otherwise our server Kim is 5 STARS!!!

I use to love this place. I loved it so hard!
I use to come here every Tuesday. Movies & wings every Tuesday. I didn’t care that it was always too crowded and our service always completely suffered unless we sat right at the bar and the food was still ridiculously slow. I don’t even get how long it takes to get wings. 99% of what you do on Tuesdays is wiiings. I had friends, we hung out, it wasn’t that big of a deal.
I drew the line when our wings came out RAW. And by raw I mean still bleeding. Second wing in. Blood. So. Much. Blood. We asked about it… God I was hoping for a good answer: «sometimes it happens.» AHHHHH!!! We didn’t dare try any of the others.
Check your wings people.

Me and a friend had about an hour to burn so we decided to grab a bite to eat. He suggested this place since I’m a huge fan of Wingstop and had never tried

This was a Friday around 1pm, not a game day, and not too many customers around so we go in and sit on the bar side of the restaurant. 2 claps for wall-​to-​wall big screens with sports playing on each TV. We crack open the menus and get down to business. The portion: price ratio for wings was just straight up disrespectful so I ordered some variation of a rodeo burger with cheese fries and he ordered a variation of a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The food came fairly quickly, no complaints there. A couple bites into my cheese fries and I notice they taste like somebody forgot to screw the salt shaker lid on all the way and consequently gave my fries a salt shaker shower. At first I thought it was the cheese sauce until my buddy mentioned that his fries were also salty and he didn’t have cheese on his. Suspicious…
A few minutes later the waitress/​bartender walks by and asks how the food is. I casually mention that my fries are really salty and ask her if they are normally like that. In a very RUDE tone she says, «Psh, I don’t know, I don’t cook them!» My and my friend look at each other in disbelief as we both have extensive history working in restaurants as both cooks and waiters and know that’s a completely unacceptable way to talk to a customer. However, I had my mind set on having a good day that day so I responded with a simple «alright.» She starts to walk away and turns around at the last minute to ask us if the fries are going to be «okay.» My buddy responds «I guess» and she walks away. The fries were absolutely bad enough to send back to the kitchen but judging by her demeanor and attitude, I thought our plates were probably safer at our table. I’ve seen the movie Waiting.
Luckily, we both ordered water because we definitely needed it. But to top things off she didn’t even offer to refill our glasses until AFTER we finished our meal.
The burgers were plain and lacked flavor but the thing that really blew it for me was the service we received. Completely apathetic. We’re both typically pretty generous guys when it comes to tipping but we left her a 4 cent tip. 2 pennies from each of us for each our «2 cents» she didn’t seem to care much about. Apparently we aren’t the only ones who had a similar experience from this location. Get it together BWW! I’ll stick with Wingstop.

Shame on me for coming to this place to meet my wing cravings. The wait time for any type of service from a waitress coming to your table to getting your food to ordering take out is insane. Be prepared to watch all the employees on their phones, chat with each other, and do everything else other than pay attention to their customers. I hate that I come here when I want wings. If you know any other wing spot please just go there instead, and let me know too! I’m new to the area and BWW is all I know so far.
During this last visit even the manager, Zac, and another manager were just chatting and standing around for a good 10 minutes while me along with other guests were receiving slow, mediocre service. I haven’t encountered any one here who seemed like they enjoyed their job, which sucks because it’s the customer service industry.
If you order take out, be prepared to wait anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes regardless of what wait time they give you. If you sit at the bar, be prepared to have several staff members pass you without acknowledging you. And if when you order food, understand that you have to be patient because you wanted those damn wings so bad you were willing to endure crappy service.
And before anyone complains about my review, I’ve been here on both game days and on non-​game days, there is no difference in service quality. Slow is slow, and slow is terrible.

Good wings and a variety of sauce choices. All the TVs are great for game days. Waitresses could be a little more professional in their demeanor. Otherwise great place to check out for casual food and beers.

Went here with my girlfriend and her family after watching Spectre at the movie theater. The area was alright, although it could have smelled a lot better. There was a lot of people there, and the ambiance was typical sporting gathering-​ish.
Coming to this restaurant, and going to the location at Southcenter, I assumed right that it would be an average place to grab wings and food.
The steak wrap I had was a little bit bland, and the wings were brought to us traditional instead of what we had initially ordered, boneless. Other than that the meal was okay, but our service was average.
Typical but nothing too terrible, I’d go back if there was a sporting event or I was in the mood for wings.
Thanks to our server for supplying us ample drinks, because the chicken was spicy, gotta love those mango habanero wings!

Customer service is decent and the food is just okay. I’m not a fan of their nachos or burgers but the wings are okay.

Not sure why I always come back here but only place that has various types of wings and their fries are pretty good. You would think this place would be better at customer service after opening for couple of years now… but nope.
My boyfriend and I went around 9:30PM and it was not busy at all. Took 15 mins for the waitress to come by our table to even say hi, then she disappeared and finally gave us our water. I asked if we can order our food right away to not waste time.
Finally got our food, ate and was ready to get our checks and pay but our waitress was nowhere to be found. like seriously NOWHERE. sigh. I’m usually patient if the restaurant is busy but literally there was only 2 other tables that had people waiting as well.
Probably not coming here for a while. and the place is loud from all the TV’s… yeah nope.

After a few years of this location’s opening, there’s been no effort to improve its inexcusably poor service. I’m not usually one to complain too much about service as long as the food is good, but last night, even the wings were sub-​par. First, I ordered all my wings flat (which means no drumsticks), and they messed that up. Our waitress took them back and we had to wait ten more minutes for the correct order. When the right wings came out, they were absolutely DOUSED in sauce. Like they were almost inedible, unless you scraped most the sauce off (which we did, because we didn’t want to cause any further conflict). The waitress showed no remorse, nor did she do anything to make up for our inconvenience.
Interactions like this have been common during my visits here, but last night, my patience ran out. Needless to say I was not amused and won’t be coming here for a while.

The wings are decent, but definitely overpriced, as are the drinks. But if you’re wanting to watch a game, they’ve got walls covered with TVs with every conceivable sports channel playing and some.
The service is hit or miss, but I haven’t had major issues with service here yet.
The last time I came, however, I was ordering some wings to go (Hot BBQ is my favorite, by the way), and they didn’t give me the blue cheese dipping sauce I asked for, even though it was on the receipt. Of course, I didn’t realize this until I got home. Oh well, that’s partly my fault for not checking at the restaurant. But even worse, my traditional wings were poorly prepared, and so half of them had tiny bits of bone still lodged in the wing meat that I had to pick out or accidentally bite into. Very annoying and unsavory.
I probably won’t be coming back, unfortunately.
