This is a very nice hotel bar! They specialize in craft beer. Rich, the bartender, knows his beer & always can recommend 1 of the 30 beers they have on tap. Live music is here too, a mature night on Thursdays. Food is average pub fare, beer selection is outstanding.

Beer from tap tastes awful. Food is not very good either. Hotel indicated that happy hour specials included $ 1 draft, when I got to Brady’s I was told that the sign was wrong and the jerk wouldn’t honor it. Don’t come to Brady’s, spend your money elsewhere. This place deserves –0– stars.

This place has all of the things that would make you believe that it was a decent place. Tv’S, bar menu, happy hour advertised, 30 beers on tap. That’s where I was wrong. I ordered a bud light and it had a very strange taste and smell. Then I tried the wings on happy hour for half price. 30 minutes the fire flavored wins finally came out. They were no hotter than medium hot. What a let down. I told the bar manager and he said the beer didn’t taste right and he couldn’t put his finger on it. $ 10.41 for a small order of wings and a crappy Draft beer. Avoid it at all costs. Go to millers ale house on the blvd in né philly.

All the tap beer has a funky aftertaste due to taps not being cleaned regularly and properly. Many people including beer sales reps have told me the management has no care for whats going on. All of which also confirmed that he keeps the beers way to cold for proper consumption. I have also had a ex employee tell me about these same issues. Also they gave me a cheesesteak on a kaiser bun. see the photos for cheesesteak. many years ago my friend and I used to frequent this place and it was great. I can only assume a new manager or owner took over.

This place blows. Was staying at the crowne plaza for a wedding. Grabbed lunch there(food was decent), along with a beer(Allagash Triple), which tasted WAAAY off. Told the bartender, who was nice but he insisted that was how that beer tasted. I’ve had it hundreds of times… anyway, he dumped it and got me something else, which also tasted the same way. Finally, I look at the taps and there is ice formed around all the faucets. Duhhhhrrr. Guys got either too high grade of a fan blowing in there, or a need a temp adjustment. I asked for a bottle… stay away from anything in a green, or clear bottle, which will invariably be skunked! Grabbed about $ 40 of bottles to go to enjoy on the shuttle ride, etc. After the wedding, most of us ended back in this dump where we sat at a table inside the restaurant. Got yelled at for bringing«outside beer» in when it was the same beer I just purchased there hours earlier. Whatever. Come 10pm, the waitress told us that the kids had to leave. I asked, why? The snarky manager from the hotel came over with an attitude the size of Texas and shrieked that it was state law that kids can’t be in a restaurant with a bar past 10pm, and because of us, they may lose their license. I calmly told her that simply isn’t true, only to be given more b/s. On the way through the lobby, the manager was high fiving restaurant employees for«showing them». Unprofessional morons. Never, ever again.

Great bar for craft beer, I believe 30 beers on tap and tons of bottles! the bartenders are great, Rich is the head bartender/manager and a great guy he has been there for a year! The food is pretty good just your plain bar food like paninis, wings, nachos! but overall great place whenever I’m in town I check out their beer selection!

My girlfriend had an interview in Trevose, so stayed at the Crowne Plaza. I was looking for reviews for eat spots in the area and found Bradys faired pretty well so we opted to stay. Since we both had busy days the following morning, we were very pleased when we got Desiree for our waitress, as she was a delight and really wanted to make sure we were happy. The bar and restaurant areas are about as american as you can get with old baseball pics on the wall and a bar that sports nearly three million types of beer!!! ok not three million but a lot. I had a Belvedere martini while waiting earlier for my date– Eddie and Rich both do an excellent job in making them. We were surprised at the presentation of the food when it come out. Much nicer than we had expected– While my girlfriend had an apple walnut salad, I had shrimp cocktail and Really wanted to try the lamb.(photo posted of the lamb) All of the food was good and was well presented. Be warned though, this is a place where business travelers get together after work and it’s definitely not a quiet and romantic place. The stark walls, hard floors, and open space make for a loud place to eat when animated salesmen start pitching their wares to other businessmen.

We went here twice about a year apart. There is a funny taste with all the beer taps. Something like wet cardboard. Weird.

Brady’s is located inside the Crown Plaza and is twofold, the breakfast restaurant is separate from the pub, which is down the hall and past the restrooms. Brady’s where you have breakfast is a very sunny room with continuous floor to ceiling windows, while Brady’s Pub has low lighting, no windows other than the one in the hallway and lots of rich dark wood. I’ve eaten in both several times and I was never really thrilled, but we did stop in for breakfast this past weekend and we were both quite pleased with the food, our service was a totally different story. There was no hostess and the hostess stand is around the corner, so we waited quite awhile for a server to see us and the sign clearly states, please wait to be seated and each guest who did stand there stood there for quite some time. There were only three servers on and they were very busy, but they were also very rude, especially the young blond. You have your choice of the breakfast buffet for $ 10.99 which had bagels, homemade muffins and cookies, a vast selection of cold cereals, oatmeal, fresh cut up melons, or fruit still in their skins. As many drinks as you would like are included and the hot portion of the buffet had scrambled eggs, home fries with onions, bacon, sausages and French toast. Hubby chose to have the buffet and gave them a run for their money by filling up several plates of food and making an overstuffed bacon sandwich out of his toasted bagel and then a scrambled egg and bacon sandwich, plus sides of potatoes and more meat. He drank juice and coffee with his meal and then for dessert he polished off two cartons of milk with a plate full of muffins and cookies. I’ve never seen him eat so much! I ordered from the menu, which I’m sure does not please them, but I was interested in trying the breakfast burrito, which took forever for me to get, but in the meantime the server did tell me to help myself to anything on the buffet, so I did and by the time I got my burrito I was pretty well stuffed from the food I snitched and two tall glasses of tomato juice. The burrito was massive, I mean huge and they must have filled it with a half dozen scrambled eggs, onions, peppers, potatoes and lots of gooey cheese, guess what I am having for lunch? The large table next to us ordered off the menu as well and their food took forever to come out, it’s clear that the kitchen and dining room are grossly under staffed. On top of this there seemed to be constant arguments between the servers and the customers on what was and what was not included in the free continental breakfast for hotel guests. It seems they were only allowed to have the cold items from the buffet which really does not make sense when it is all one long buffet counter. The pub’s menu has changed significantly and it seems they are trying to be in competition, as many pubs are now with the vast beer selections, thirty rotating beers on tap and 15 – 20 different bottled beers. They have a Monday thru Friday Happy Hour, 5 – 7 with half priced appetizers and specials on drinks. I’m anxious to check out their new pub grub. For now I will give them a three, hopefully once I check out the new pub menu I will be able to kick it up a notch, if they have.
