I had an amazing 60 min with Belle in Oct and today with Cameron for a 90 minute massage. Both were wonderful and each were receptive to my preferences to make this experience relaxing.
I’m picky and need different pressure on different parts of my body. Many therapist have forget my request during a 60 min appt. Both remembered and checked to ensure pressure was adequate. They were attentive to my sore neck and headache in addition to working the entire body. Belle was able to reduce my head/​neck ache and prevented a typical visit to the ED following a migraine while Cameron eased my pain from sleeping on my arm incorrectly.
The first trip I would have preferred additional white noise machines in and around the massage rooms closest to the steps, but today (Tuesday) on the room opposite the stairs, not was quiet and relaxing. Despite signs reminding patrons to be cognizant of their voice levels, sound did travels easily during my first trip when closest to the stairs (which was on a Friday).

I went here for a year to get my nails done. Then the girl left. I was treated to a massage. Omg… They have some of the best male massage thetapists. Wont go anywhere else.

AMAZING PLACE! It was recommended for the male massage therapist, Jason, I went Tuesday, and he wasn’t there at that time, so I saw Bel. I have to say… She was AMAZING! I got a 30 minute massage, and I honestly think I would need a DD for an hour! UNBELIEVABLE! SO, I went again Wednesday for hair removal, and got Bel again. IS THERE ANYTHING THIS WOMAN DOESN’T EXCEL AT!!! I had never been waxed before, and she was VERY understanding and comforting. My husband was pleased I am a fan & customer for life!;-) THANK YOU Venetian!!!

I really enjoyed my experience. I called and was able to
conveniently schedule a same-​day appointment. The receptionist was personable and ended up recommending additional services that wound up working out perfectly for us. The therapists were nice, professional and thorough. We had a couples massage and we both loved our therapists – Cameron and Belinda (Bella). I just knew I would encounter issues scheduling a same-​day appointment, but they were accommodating which works perfectly for my inconsistent schedule. I would recommend and return!

I had a great experiance. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I booked an appointment for a sphinx wax. I got a choice between the type of waxes, which is nice to see. The lady that did my wax (please forgive me I am horrible with names) was great. Of course waxing doesn’t feel the greatest, but this was once of my easiest experiences. She made sure to put pressure after every strip. I will definitely be coming back here for all my hair removal needs.
*only downside is you can’t leave a tip on your card, so bring some cash*

One of the very best massages I’ve ever had! 1^st time going there. Heard about it on the radio. The receptionist was helpful & friendly when I called to make an appt. I had to give my credit card # in case I was a «no-​show» but otherwise this place was great. Go see Cameron!!! She was amazing! I had a Swedish massage and it was incredible! Highly recommend this place. It was clean, staff was friendly, overall great experience!

Got an appt right away to get a haircut and highlights! Melanie is wonderful! I will definitely come back!

Great service and friendly staff. the only complant i can write is the there pricing. over rated. They charge $ 60 dollars for a brazillian and do not have a better pricing even if you barely have any hair. That is a ripe of since i have gotten a brazillian in many places even in Beverly Hills CA and they had a better pricing system then this place and Beverly Hills is where all the Millionaires live… this place is all about the money and not about keeping customer I feel. i feel if they did not over charge they would have way more customers.

I think the positive reviews/​patrons are few and far between. I was greeted on the phone nicely, but then they wanted a credit card up front (and over the phone). I don’t think that’s a good policy for a salon. It makes it seem like they get a lot of cancelled appointments or walk out’s. Possibly because customers are upset with the manager or staff. Then a friend referred me to another website with reviews, and I was shocked even more. There are some good reviews, but 99% of them are bad experiences. A good salon and stylist can not only do their job well, but make a customer feel welcome and relaxed. The bad thing about Fayetteville is once you find a fantastic stylist, she moves away due to the military.

I have lived in Fayetteville for almost 3 ½ years and in that time I have tried six different stylists at six different salons and they all disappointed me. Some didn’t have all the equipment (one place didn’t have thinning shears) and some didn’t listen and didn’t do what I wanted (in some cases did exactly what I said not to do, they did).
Thanks to Jo, I FINALLY have a hair stylist who knows how to listen and knows what she’s doing and I’m so grateful for her. I just took my 6 year old daughter for a trim and she did a great job on her too.
Everyone I’ve run into there so far is really nice and it’s such a relief!

I got a brazilian wax there and the lady was sooo nice! She treated me very kindly and was sensitive to my sensitivitys. Although if your looking for a «true» brazilian… they call it a sphinx…
Also they cant put tips on credit cards so bring some cash!

The $ 40 back, shoulder and neck massage was exactly what I needed, and the price makes it affordable for me. The value of the services really makes this a hugely good deal.
I don’t go anywhere else to get my hair done because it is so hard to find a hairstylist who really knows how to handle thick, curly hair properly! That’s why I give this salon five stars.

If you need an esthetician go see sweet stuff Stacy. I refuse to see anyone else in Fayetteville for the waxing of my most precious lady region. She is gentle, thorough and fun to talk to-​a very important distraction technique.
They also offer a yummy little free lunch with your service, which is pretty cool.
The massages at Venetian are excellent as well and very reasonably priced! My dearly beloved and I have had our fair share of massages and we were both really happy with our deep tissue massages. I’m a horrible person and can’t remember either of our massage therapists names. probably because they turned us to mush. In a good way.
Tip: Make sure and bring cash/​check for tip. they can’t add it on to a credit/​debit card. Just come prepared! :)

Friendly, professional service. I drive across town to come here for waxing, so that really says a lot. Highly recommended.
