Went on a Monday night. The service was fantastic but the food was average. I wasn’t expecting anything too great at a chain restaurant but for 15 dollars an entrée on most of their menu items it seemed kind of pricey. On the plus side the portions were very large.

A complete rip off. Last night we spent over $ 80 on 3 people for a round of drinks, a shared app, and 3 pizzas. No dessert. Tip not included. The food was… Uno’s quality: you don’t expect a lot, but it’s pleasant and nondescript. So the price point matters. Uno has joined Olive Garden in way overcharging for mediocre food. This is pretty much a death spiral move: you way overcharge and cash out as quickly as you can before everybody catches on, then when your customers dry up you declare BR. Did they just get bought by a private equity firm?

My friends and I came here for their lunch special when they do all-you-can-eat soup. All their soups are decent. However, this review is primarily based on the Uno’s meal I had at a pharmaceutical lunch that is brought by drug reps to my clinic from Uno’s. The food was wonderful. We had pasta, salad, and mashed potatoes. There were cookies there too, and they tasted homemade. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Funny, considering that I didn’t have to taste the pizza that they’re known for in order to be convinced.

Soooo, did you guys know that Monday-Friday from 11 – 3 Uno’s has a really nice lunch menu? It’s not just a house salad/soup of the day lunch combo menu — their lunch combos include your choice of several different sandwiches and salads, chicken fingers and sliders, pizzas and unlimited bowls of soup. Whatever you might be craving — they’ve got you covered. Mom and I stopped in for a quick bite while running errands in Fayetteville and had such a good lunch! For $ 7 I got a ‘lunch size’ walnut/goat cheese/blueberry salad with grilled chicken and pomegranate vinaigrette(which was bigger than I anticipated) AND unlimited soup from Uno’s soup bar. There were four soups available and I tried two of them(just b/c I could) … the Italian wedding was a tad salty but was overall very nice. The tomato soup was even better though. Rich tomato flavor that I kicked up a notch by sprinkling with fresh cracked black pepper and parmesan cheese. Yum! Bonus points our waitress, Gail. She was such a rockstar — breaking down the lunch options for us and making sure we had everything we needed.

Nachos. Overall good. Except they sometimes don’t drain the tomatoes well n end up creating a watery, soggy mess. The waitress was above average. Pizza Chicago was tasty. But I’m not sure if it’s the best I’ve tasted. The ones in Chicago are obviously much better, but the crusts were a bit too hard.

I came here for Paint Nite with 4 of my friends, and we absolutely had a blast!!! Paint Nite is always a good time, but the two servers(a guy and a cute girl wearing a headband) were very friendly and attentive, getting us our orders quickly as well as the bill so we could get out of there and dream in paint. I’m not a big chain restaurant kind of girl, so I only had a grilled chicken salad so that I wouldn’t risk eating someone’s arm, but the group I was with ordered a bunch of appetizers and for a bunch of hungry guys, they were happy, so I’m guessing it was good. The only complaint on the salad, which isn’t much a complaint as it is simply that I wish there was more chicken on it. Great time and we will definitely go back for another Paint Nite!

Disappointment. Two strikes while visiting Fayetteville today. Wasted time and money. Average food. Ugh! A sad plate with old, soggy fries, three mozzarella sticks, one small avocado roll cut in half and three tiny wings. Blah. The thin crust chicken BBQ pizza was just okay with and old crust. Nothing tasted fresh. Great service though. Thank you, Natalie. We won’t be wasting our time and money there. Enough said.

I have grown quite fond of this restaurant and I wouldn’t say its because they have great food. It has more to do with the convenience and the friendliness of the staff. It also doesn’t hurt that I have found one dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. The Chicken Milanese is extremely good. They have a pretty extensive menu so I’m sure you will be able to find a dish that you enjoy. P. S. — I would steer clear of the pizza. Never been a fan.

Food tastes fresh and we loved the fresh herbs on our pizza, but the pizza portions are smaller comparing to other chains of the same kind, for the same price.

They have curb side pick up which is nice. This particular location never seems too packed so getting a table shouldn’t take you too long. They have some good happy hour specials on appetizers and drinks if you’re just looking for something quick and easy.
