Went with a group of people. I have a rare food allergy to red meat. I have been there twice and every time I visit I’m told that they can’t prepare my food separately from the other red meat. I end up getting fish. as its cooked separately and it’s not that good.

Use to be a good place when they opened but has gone steadily downhill. We went for lunch on a Monday this past week. Place was not busy. We were seated and the first thing I noticed was the kitchen warming area as I sat down there by the hot lamp was a set of onion rings now normally that does not catch my eye our waitress Brittany came and brought us our tableware and looked like we were taking her away from her texting over by the bar. Sorry we did that we took her away from that. we ordered an appetizer(onion rings) proceeded to order a patty melt and what they call the«big tavern double«which is supposedly a bigger version of their cheaper and smaller tavern double. She brought us our food before we got the appetizer the patty melt which was supposed to be «some pink«was dried out and rye bread was well toasted to the point it was burnt. My girlfriends supposedly big burger in reality was a bigger bun and only one small patty not two bigger ones. It too was well done. She forgot the onion rings and my first dreaded thought was I hope she doesn’t get those dried out ones but alas she did as I glanced and saw her pick them up. Did not finish meal she did not check back to see how food was or refill on their so called bottomless fries. Brought check and left. Looked for her or a manager to make a complaint but not to be found. Must have had to get back to her texting or Facebook. More important I suppose. I mean you pay good money for service and food of which we got none. This reflected in her 5 percent tip which was way too much. My point is some of their burgers are close to 15 bucks you would expect a little for your money. If she hates her job so much I’m sure McDonalds and Wendy’s is hiring. Not looking like we will be back anytime soon. You might want to avoid this and go to a place that does not have attitude and the food is fresh

The food is very good and the servers are pleasant, but the last two times we were here, we decided to give up on this location of Red Robin because the kitchen was so badly understaffed. I do not want to wait for more than an hour for a hamburger.

Been a while since I have been here. It has gone way down hill. Worst service ever. Kitchen was just as slow. Food did not come out like we ordered, but I am glad the burger was cooked all the way through the way it was tonight.

This place is a not a good place to go for service or food. We went there last weekend and friend ordered their signature Hamburg dish. The Hamburg came complete with the paper from the stack served on the bun. When we Manger said it was busy and didn’t make it seem that it was a problem. Your kidding me I said. Wasn’t worth the time or effort to think what he was thinking or saying more. That is what Unilocal is for. Waiter was great shake was awesome. Wouldn’t ever go to red Robin again because of how the problem was handled bad management

Busy when I went. service was courteous. Fries were awesome. Plain cheese burger was great. The new ziosk augments the service and does not replace it. All in all this place is nice to sit down and have a bite

If I could leave zero stars I would. The manager has no customer service skills and the service is appalling. I won’t be back. EDIT Went back and SURPRISE… new manager, same awful service.

Red Robin has one of the best burgers in the US. I have gone there for the last several years to celebrate my birthday(July) with my family. I’m in their ‘club’ so I get a free birthday burger. What can I say, it’s a good burger joint. And of course as everyone else knows the famous bottomless fries. I recommend getting the burger with the egg; the flavors compliment each other. There’s lots of kitsch on the walls so it’s fine for families(though there is a full bar). Also for your birthday you get a free sundae and be warned the wait staff gathers around a sings to you(amusingly some of them are not into it, which it make fun for me). One weird thing, they do not have wifi. In any event, if you have a strong craving for fries and a burger, head on down to RR.

I have eaten at many Red Robins before and I must say I had a lovely experience here! My one complaint would be the host stand. When we walked in it was difficult to get someone to seat us. We asked to sit on the patio once we were finally attended to and the host scoffed at us then agreed to seat us out there. As soon as we got outside we had a lovely petite girl as our server. She did a fantastic job attending to us and making recommendations, it was also a pleasure watching her interact with the other tables on the patio, she seemed to have a connection with every single one while really enjoying her job. I had the southern burger which was absolutely amazing. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it came out well done but that is expected for a restaurant like Red Robins so I was not disappointed. I wish the burger had come with a bit more BBQ sauce but as soon as I asked my server for more she got it to me right away! We were able to get bottomless fries and a bottomless freckled lemonade which both came out as soon as we were finished with the first round! I had a great time eating there and would definitely recommend it for a quick bite to eat when you want an original burger and delicious(and bottomless) French fries!

This is my go-to restaurant whenever I’m craving for a burger. While the burgers are always good, the endless fries is what keeps me coming back(they’re endless for goodness sake!). The fries are elevated with the crack seasoning they have at every table. I usually order burgers with crispy onion straws. Those always end up on the bottom of the burger, thus losing its breading and becomes soggy. Whatever, I still eat it! The service both times I’ve been here have been excellent. The servers was extremely friendly and came to check on m several times during my meal. Red Robin, you’re awesome. Keep up the good work!

This use to be my favorite restaurant, until today. My son, husband and I went there for dinner, everyone ordered burgers. My son is 2 and I asked the server to make sure that his burger and MY burger were super well done. His burger was fine so I paid no mind to mine and took a big bite, not a good idea as mine was still pink. I told the server about it and told her that I didn’t want a new one because I had already started eating it. She informed the manager and the manager came to our table. He proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He was just plain rude! I didn’t want anything for free I just wanted to make them aware that there was a problem. I really don’t think that we will be going back there anytime soon unfortunately. I really hope that the disrespectful manager gets a chance to read this, and realizes that you can’t expect people to return to your restaurant when you speak so rudely.

Seeing my family for the first time in months was fantastic! We excitedly went out for drinks and a Friday evening bite to eat– and decided on Red Robin for burgers and fun drinks(we were craving mojitos) My cousin and I arrived at 8:26 on a Friday evening to discover that although there were still about fifteen tables dining, the restaurant had cut most of its staff.(There were five or six servers mingling about the bar but only two still waiting tables) It took the hostess twenty minutes, yes TWENTY, to clean a table and get us seated. She sat the two of us at a huge round table set for six despite there being plentiful small booths and tables empty around the dining room.(Those had apparently already been cleaned and set for the next day). We were sorely disappointed in the service we received after sitting down as well. It took eons to get our drinks and our bottomless fries were never refilled. Although I enjoy red robin, I will not be returning to this location. I expect better service on a Friday night!

Red Robin has some great burgers, but not at this location. Food came out cold, who wants cold French fries? Last time I ordered chicken and they must have taken it right out of the cooler and put it in the bun without heating it up. It was cold, I sent it back and it came out steamy hot from the microwave just like burger king. I won’t be going back any time soon

We had always enjoyed going to Red Robin before when we lived out of state and figured they were pretty much all the same. We were so wrong. A brief backstory: The previous time we went to this particular Red Robin was a year ago and it was a dreadful experience where after waiting forever we received the wrong order. I requested to speak with a manager and the waiter told me the manager said I would have to wait. Literally 35 minutes later a scared looking woman came over and apologized for the meal, which we still didn’t have. We got up and left, we spoke to another manager the next day and they tried to coax us back promising a free meal which we declined. Fast forward to yesterday. The kids were hungry and after a year we figured things must be different or they couldn’t possibly stay in business. We were so wrong. We came in as a party of five and were greeted by a nervous host who asked how many in our party. I told him five and we were quoted an approximate wait time of 20 minutes. Fine, I said and we sat down to wait. 20 minutes later and many other people were being seated(the restaurant was half empty) including people that came in after us. The host came over to where we were waiting and asked us how many were in our party. I said 5 again and he asked me my name this time. I told him and he said it will be about 15 – 20 minutes to which I responded that we had already waited that amount of time and he obviously never wrote our party down in the queue and this was not acceptable. He excused himself to the dining room and just never came back. We put our jackets on and just left. I have never hated a restaurant more than I do this one. It is the worst service I have ever been a party to. The training is obviously non-existent, common courtesy is not even an after thought, and the only recourse is to avoid this place at all costs. Learn from my mistake and don’t patronize the most poorly managed restaurant in Central New York. Shame on them Here is the full story from our first disappointing visit which is actually worse than I remembered it. «We used to love Red Robin. We used to go all the time but the last few times the service has been terrible. Our experience tonight was the worst and we will not be returning which is unfortunate since it was our kids’ favorite restaurant. It took 1 ½ hours to get our food tonight. Once it came, our burgers were not cooked all the way and had to go back. We were there for our daughter’s 6th birthday. She was so excited and picked Red Robin because she wanted the servers to sing to her. Well, that never happened. We asked the server twice to do it. After waiting 1 ½ hours we asked them to do the happy birthday song so we could take our kids home to go to bed even though we didn’t have our meals yet. Our server brought her a sundae and promised balloons were coming but that never happened. She was so upset that no one sang to her. We asked to speak to a manager. After having to ask twice for her she finally showed up ½ hour later. Our server said he told her we wanted to speak to her but she was in the kitchen. This service is completely unacceptable. Red Robin is a family place. You can’t expect families with young children to wait 1 ½ hours for food. And then for the Manager to not even take the time to come talk to us until ½ hour later. Needless to say our love for Red Robin is completely gone and we will not be going back. I plan to share this experience with our friends in the area.»

It’s a burger joint. The burgers were tasty, but nothing special. It gets 4 stars for having a gluten free bun that is quite tasty. I see a lot of negative reviews about their service, buy I disagree. I’m not sure if it was just their A team tonight or what, but we had a great experience. We had a great waitress and our food was out faster than I expected.

After a brisk walk around Green Lakes( ) the bestie and I were famished… she suggested we head over to Red Robin for some burgers and fries. Unlimited fries. Who doesn’t love unlimited fries? Especially really good steak fries… but I’m getting ahead of myself… We arrived for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot and restaurant were both full but we were seated within a few minutes at a nice table in the back. our waitress popped over soon after we sat to take our drink order and allow us to ask any questions. She was adorable and I have no complaints at all about the service. The burger menu is at least two pages… I counted about 20 different burgers ranging in price between $ 7 and $ 14. I started w/a simple Bacon Cheeseburger(9.99) but opted to swap out my bread and cheese options. I love a place that allows you to customize your burger w/o giving you a hard time. Focaccia Bread + regular beef patty + bacon strips + blue cheese crumbles + lettuce + chipotle aioli. Awesome combination. Sadly the burger came out looking a little sad. I think it had to do w/it being so flat. Despite the shape/size — the burger was actually really flavorful and filling. And then there were the fries. I find that more often that not steak fries will come out a little soggy. Not these — Red Robin’s fries were crispy, dusted w/a good amount of salt/pepper, and came piled high. Once we finished off the pile on each of our plates the waitress offered to bring us a fresh order. Unlimited fries! The second batch were even better than the first. Even though its a chain restaurant I had a solid first experience to Red Robin. Good burger, good fries, good atmosphere. Can’t ask for much more.

Horrible, terrible greasy and not in a good way. Chips on the chip and dip app were soggy mess, but cooked correctly on the humus plate? Humus was a lump of purée floating in oil. Disgusting. Service was negative stars. Forgot one order and then acted like it was our fault. Whole place was in need of a good cleaning and no one looked like they wanted to work there or enjoyed working there. So many better options in town center. Skip this hole.

Great service, but really iffy food, with an extra side of greasy veggie oil. Or at least that is why I thought I did not like My dinner and why all the floors felt a little __slick__underfoot. Ewwwew. Food gave my partner indigestion, can’t go back. The staff was friendly and awesome tho.
