Super small with very limited selection which is surprising for the area it’s in. The customer service is non existent. I went in looking for an item and walked around the store 2 – 3 times trying to find it, passing multiple employees in the process and not one person asked if I needed help. I walked out without buying anything.

Happy that Fayetteville NC has a Toys r us in town. They usually have what we are looking for. The reason for the 1 star has nothing to do with toy store size or selection but the Customer Service is AWFUL. They do not life a finger to help you and if you ask a question their replies are rude. ZERO ZERO on customer service. Entire staff needs training and ooh one more thing cracking gum by employees is very distasteful for us who have to listen to the cracking.

Wow! Seriously one of the smallest Toys R Us ever! Not only is the store really small with very little selection, but the customer service was extremely lacking. All the employees were asking each other what to do. I was purchasing a bike and I asked if I needed the receipt or something in particular to pick it up after it’s assembled and the employee responded with «Uh, I think so. «Instead of checking she left it at that. I ended up talking to supervisor to find out what I need to pick up the bike. I gave it two stars because at least the supervisor was nice.

This IS a very small Toys R Us/​Babies R Us, but not as small as the one where I’m from, so I see two stars and raise you one! The selection was limited, but what they had was adequate. There was a few minor things I was looking for, but they had all the essentials.

This has got to be the smallest Toys R Us I have ever been in. Granted next-​door is the Babies R Us part and it’s still small. It surprises me that they would build a small center like this in an area with one of the biggest Military installations around. There’s a ton of families with kids that live here and babies always being born. Im only giving it two stars for not having a big selection and it seems to always be messy and disorganized. It’s a shame:-(
