Pissed off and highly offended customer!!! Today was my second time coming here and I will say that my first time it was amazing!!! The pizza was great and I also ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was very good as well. Upon my exit I briefly spoke to the manager or owner I’m assuming and I believe her name was Tori. She told me how it was a family business which made me want to support the business even more. I assured her I would be back and I kept my word. A week later I came and got the 5 meat pizza and was hoping to get the Alfredo again but they didn’t have it. The pasta of the day was the chicken Parmesan so I decided to try that instead. As soon as I saw it I immediately thought I probably wouldn’t like because you could already see the chicken was almost black underneath the sauce. I still decided to try it out and as I used my fork I realized that it was probably over cooked because I couldn’t even get my fork through it. I told them how sorry I was but I couldn’t eat it and that next time I’ll just come when they have the chicken Alfredo. I was very polite and Tori began to tell me that that’s just how the chicken is made and«we’ve been serving it all day and no one else has complained». With a condescending and rude tone she also said«…I’m not sure if you’ve had chicken parmesan before, but this is how its supposed to be». That really rubbed me the wrong way but I shook it off and they apologized for me not liking the food and took it away. After only having ONE bite(literally one bite, not exaggerating) I was still charged for the chicken parmesan!!! I told them if they were going to charge me then just bring it back and I would take it to go. The same woman says«no it’s in the trash now». I work in the food industry at a chick Fil a restaurant and that may be the problem. I was completely surprised by the lack of gracious customer service skills that I expected. She began to tell me how maybe it’s just me since there have been no other complaints about the food. Moral of the story is order what you know you will like because they don’t do well when people aren’t satisfied with the food! Terrible at making the customers happy. I won’t be returning! P. S. I do believe in Karma and do NOT wish anything bad on the people that work there or the restaurant itself; but I do believe they need a lesson or two in customer service to humble themselves.

Awwww unfortunately I have to write about my latest experience at this restaurant. It was ice cold in there and I overheard the waitress telling another customer that it’s really hot for the workers who are cooking the pizza and waitresses running back and forth so they set it as low as possible. I would think u would want ur customers comfortable not the workers sheesh. The food is better than the fast food chains but nothing to write home about. Update: the owners daughter who is also the manager wrote me about my post and I misunderstood why they keep the temperature so low but the fact remains that it was freezing in there and other customers had to eat outside it was so cold. People beware of other commenters posting about the staff being rude her note to me was not so nice she said it was unfortunate people can go on this site and make judgements on their establishment but clearly she didn’t understand the point of the Unilocal site — ITSTOGIVE A REVIEWFOREVERYONE duh! Also I don’t quite remember stating the food was not good but now that the door is open I would like to add that we ordered a calzone and it didn’t have any ricotta or if it did there was hardly any in there my husband was so disappointed he said hey I got a Stromboli in the shape of a calzone!. The sweet tea was so sweet I had to have her replace it with unsweetened tea. If u order the Tiramisu it’s frozen they purchased from somewhere I watched them cut it from the box in a previous visit. All in all again food is sub par not terrible but customer service and management is horrible — how about hey maybe u didn’t have such a good experience today but please come back and hopefully we can make that up to u one ur next visit. Not their MO apparently called ABCs of customer service Update update: I’ve threatened to now contact the police for harassment if the owners daughter keeps emailing me — my goodness I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

Delicious!!! I just found my favorite pizza place. The thin crust stayed nice and crispy despite the heap of delicious and fresh toppings. The family is from New York so if you are looking for an authentic hand tossed New York style pizza, this is the place. They also serve beer and wine so that’s nice if you come during dinner. I will be returning. Glad I stopped in for lunch to try this place!

I really, really like the food here. I bought my mom and nieces here on a very quiet Sunday. There was one employee in the front who had the role of cashier and waiteress and possible one or two cooks in the back. HOWEVER, what threw me off, is that the waiteress never moved the utensils when she was cleaning the tables. She spray the entire table with the utensils still sitting on the table with a spray bottle filled with blue liquid. I don’t know what is in the bottle but what I am worried about is that if she spray that bottle on that one table without moving the utensils first than the ones at my table would had been sprayed on as well. Needless to say, we ate with our hands that day. I would love to come back because the food is delicious but I won’t want to get sick or have my nieces get sick either. Though, I would like to give them a higher score, but one star for the way things were being cleaned.

Most authentic pizza we’ve found in the area. We are transplants(originally from Philly) and very fussy about what makes a great pizza. While this doesn’t quite measure up to the best I’ve had, it comes close! Especially for Georgia

This restaurant is consistently disappointing. Let me first say that the people who work there are not very friendly and definitely have no problem talking back to the customer. Don’t get me wrong customers can definitely be rude but great service knows how to be respectful and handle those rude customers with dignity and politeness. I definitely hate going to this pizza place but when visiting family, I have no choice. Plus, there are not many pizza options in this city. The location sits across from a hospital, so I can see why many people go there simply for it’s convenience. If I owned a sub par restaurant, why not open across from a major hospital. People at hospitals will buy for convenience not taste or service. Speaking of service every time I visit this place the waiters and waitresses are very rude. They don’t want to do their job it seems. I like to tip for great service but unfortunately I never receive great service here. In my opinion, the décor is extremely cheesy and looks like a section from a craft store. The gigantic pizza slice decals on the windows are not appealing. As far as the food is concerned it’s okay. It’s definitely better than the fast food chain pizza but not extraordinary. If only they would get my order correct just once I would be happy but unfortunately every time I have visited this restaurant they have messed up my order. Oh, and those with food allergies, forget about this place. In my experience, they really don’t care. So, if you’re a lawyer with food allergies, this is the perfect case. Overall, horrendous service, terrible décor, okay pizza, prices vary, and convenient if visiting the hospital. Disappointing.

I love there pizza! The sauce is what makes it amazing the cheese they use. Well I finally tried this place after giving up hope on tasty pizza down this way. And I was Sooooo happy. The flavor is good and it reminds me of the NYV so it has the northern flare that all pizza should have. I recommend at least trying this place out because its my new favorite spot. I have had it twice and its been good twice. Also the first time I ate in the place and the servers were friendly and kind. Plus they have sausage crumbles instead of giant slices. I love that. Okay… so just check it out guys. I think this is the best in town for good old fashioned pizza!

This is without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten(or smelled). I have seriously had pizza from a gas station that is better. I’ve had pizza from a Chinese buffet that is better. Frozen pizza is better. This was the most stinky, greasy cheese on a pizza that I’ve ever had. The stench just wouldn’t go away. I had to open all the windows and bring out some fans to clear the stench from the room. I’ve got several scented candles going right now. I had to get a shower and wash out my nostrils to get the stench off of myself. I hate to think how horrible my car is going to smell tomorrow! I called in my order at 5:45PM on a Sunday. They said it’d be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:05PM, and they hadn’t even started it yet. I had to wait 20 minutes for this. The place was dead. Only 1 single party of 4 in the place. No excuses for my pizza not being ready. I almost told them to cancel the order… in hindsight, I really wish I had! If you want good pizza, stick with Johnny’s.

Drove 29 miles to eat pizza with friends. It was well worth the drive! The Pizza was Great, the staff was friendly, and the entertainment was excellent and engaged with the crowd! The pizza crust was particularly good and the selection and quality of toppings«hit the spot» for my pizza fix! The draft beer was very cold and we watched a football game on multiple screens while talking and listening to live vocals! Had a great evening. We will definitely return often!

Eh, i’ve never been a fan of the places in this strip mall this place included. I’ve only ever had PIzza and salad from this place during lunch. The service has never been exceptional and the food, eh. There are a couple of places down the road from here that serve pizza I suggest you give them a try first & then if you want come here if you want.

Absolutely the best pizza I have eaten outside of Ray’s in New York City. This is the shiznit, my friends. Huge pizzas, fresh toppings, great prices, convenient location, good parking, friendly staff and authentic food. I highly recommend visiting here.

Another update! 1÷27÷2016 Still going here for trivia and they’re still doing. Great job taking care of us. Update! 5÷19÷15 We’re still going here for trivia and they’re still doing a great job taking care of us. I didn’t realize that it’s been almost 5 years that we’ve been going here. Great place! Update! 10÷28÷11 Things should be getting back to normal shortly. The manager who was buying in was apparently unable to get the financial backing needed to follow through on opening the new location on GA85 in Fayetteville and has left. Crystal is in control again and is intent on putting things back the way they use to be. If it’s been a while since you’ve been here, it’s time to give them another try. B Update! 8÷11÷11 I found out that the new manager is only going to be there until the end of this month. Tour of Italy is opening another location in Bank’s Crossing in Fayetteville and he will go there when that one opens. Once he goes, the old Manager will take back over(and try to repair the damage?). Maybe we’ll even get the WiFi back? As far as the success of the new location with him as manager? We’ll have to see. B OK, I’m not sure how to rate this place at the moment. A group of us have been going here for trivia for the last year and a half or so and they’ve been great. A new partner bought in and has taken over as manager and is there all the time. He’s charging for every little thing now and has changed almost the entire staff. They’re «OK»… but it’s not the same neighborhood family feel that it use to be. He seems to be micro managing and if he’s not careful the rapport that the girls have built up with the clientele will be lost. He seems so focused on the money that he’s unable to see the part where you take care of your regular customers. A couple of people in our group have already asked if there’s another place that we could try for trivia. It’ll be interesting to see if the place survives the transition.
