I came here to get my eyelashes done. It’s a very relaxed environment. Everyone was nice and Monique is so down to earth & cool. She’s very professional and I would recommend you check this place out.

My wife and I went here for a couples massage and it was amazing! We had Amy and Jenni and they were both so awesome! We even had a glass of wine at the hotel bar beforehand and the bartender was good too! The staff at the spa were so genuine and sweet, I really felt comfortable and welcome there. Amy had a great sense of humor and did wonderful work with her hands. My wife was nervous because it was her first massage and she felt sort of iffy about it but she couldn’t stop praising jenni afterwards so that made me feel great. The price was extremely reasonable (cheapest besides massage envy in the area) and I didn’t feel gipped or rushed through at all! As someone who used to work in the spa industry I know it can get tough to keep a smile on especially on a Friday night when you’ve been standing on your feet all day, but these ladies made us feel so appreciated and I can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. We will definitely be back. So glad we found this gem here in Fayetteville!

I found this place really reasonably priced compared to other spas. It’s not organized like a normal spa, but it works. I had a package that was supposed to be for 3 hours but i ended up being there for more than 4 which was awesome! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. They usually have specials going on as well. I want to try the cryothermic wrap thing next.

My husband and I decided to book our services here for our mini baby moon since we were staying in the hotel and a package deal was offered. I will first say that as far as customer service and the services we received goes we were more than pleased. We had a couples massage and facial and the staff was outstanding. I wish I could remember the girl’s names to give them credit for their great work. I will say though that the waiting area/​nails & hair service area is very small and cramped and cluttered. It looked as if the hotel just kind of stuck them in the corner. There was a TON (too many) magazines stacked up that could use to be weeded through. In addition, an old large entertainment center seemed to be used to store anything and everything like an organized mess. One of the girls was having her lunch at the front desk also and I kind of wondered if they have a break room. Food smells don’t really mix well with aromatherapy. It just wasn’t very «spa like». Once we were brought back to receive our services, it got better. The room was a good size and everything was clean and tidy. I am 29 weeks pregnant and they were more than happy to accommodate my discomforts with extra pillows. Therefore, overall, it was a good experience and we left happy customers, but if I had just walked in and not had an appointment prior, I may have turned around and walked out just because the first impression was not great, and to some that is everything.
