Went to exchange a pair of pants Sunday ¹¹⁄₁₅ evening (5pm). After going to guest services I was told by a young man to keep my bag there and go get the correct size and come back to guest services. After doing so I encountered a young lady (Kendra), I told her I was exchanging the pants and before I could finish my statement she cuts me off telling me to go to a register to exchange, I finally got her attention again telling her that’s not what I was told to do 10 minutes prior, she told me that wasn’t true and that no one would hold my bag and tell me to do such a thing, the manager walked up (Matt) and laughed at me not believing my story either. They finally figured out who took my bag after calling 3 – 4 different employees and he informed them that he did indeed take my bag. After the transaction (Matt) asked me what happened because he only witnessed my attitude. Im a frequent shopper at Target as well as my family and friends, I have informed them all of this incident and the lack of professionalism I experienced and we will not be shopping here again.

I just have to say how much I love the pharmacy and the pharmacist. They are wonderful. So glad I changed from CVS

Chad in the pharmacy is the man!!! He is by far the best pharmacist of all time. He is way friendly. They didn’t have a special medicine we needed right away for our son so chad called all the places near by got it all set up and ready so all my husband had to do was walk in. He always remembers us. And he goes out of his way to answer questions and be super helpful. I never wait long when dropping off prescriptions. I’m way pregnant so waiting is the worst for me. He’s friendly and I see him chatting with customers he remembers them. We were going to Publix. But now we exclusively come to target because chad is super legit to my husband and myself. :)
