Best Burger in town and the prices are well below what they should be! I wish they were open more though!

Best cheeseburger in Fayetteville

Small hole in the wall. Food is always good and the service is always fast. It is close so I come here when I want a quick bite. Been here for a while and never had a bad meal.

It’s nothing great. It taste like a frozen patty. And the burger patty was very thin. The place starts to smell like old grease after awhile.

Came here with my girlfriend one day for lunch. We were both pretty excited because we had heard great things and love little local spots such as this. Décor is old fashioned and cozy. They have fry seasoning which is always an A+ in my book. The prices are really cheap which is good. After we ordered I watched the cook for a few minutes and noticed he had long hair in a ponytail with no hair net which really never mattered to me before. We got our food and started eating. I had the chicken salad sandwich and my girlfriend had the club. Everything was great and out fries were delicious. Then suddenly we both noticed a long black hair in both of our sandwiches. That’s the only reason I give this place two stars. I plan on returning at some point to give this place another chance. Hopefully the cook has a hairnet on or something.

My girlfriend arrive to a non air conditioned hole in the wall sandwich place with a very pleasant surprise. The guy working in the kitchen must be putting something in the food because it was a epic meal. I got the bacon cheese burger which I will say was probably the best burger I’ve ever had in Fayetteville. My girlfriend got the club sandwich. It was toasted, but not so much that it cuts up your mouth when you bite into it. The bread had the consistency of a grilled cheese crust! It was phenomenal. I had to do a double take at what I was eating because I didn’t believe it could be that good. One of the best hole in the wall places, hands down!

The patties for the burgers are made fresh daily by the Chef/​Owner. He also makes his chicken salad and tuna salad daily so if you wait until just before closing there might not be any left. This is a great, little place where your can get a great burger, fries, and a drink for around 6 dollars and if you get the ice tea you do get a free refill. Speaking of fries — the chef has these down pat. They are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside — yummy. If you are in a rush I suggest that you call your order in because everything is made to order in the order in which it is received. Keep in mind there is only one cook and one cashier and in my opinion they do a wonderful job. This is a cash only place and you do need to bus your own table, but because of the good quality of food this does not seem to be a problem.

Easily the best burger on Bragg Blvd. That includes Spring Lake as well. Easily one of the top five burger places in the city. I like burgers.

Great little lunch spot. Simple menu, food made when you order, daily specials, friendly service! I would definitely come back. They serve sandwiches with fries or chips and that’s pretty much it.

The only thing that keeps me from giving robertsons 5 stars is their hours of operation. I wish they would stay open longer so I can eat there more. i love how small it is it makes the place so homey. the food is outstanding with amazing prices to go with it. I take all my friends and family that come from out of town

My first impression of the place came from inside the men’s room, the walls of which were covered with pictures of Marilyn Monroe. Two toilet paper dispensers hints at an interest in service quality that’s missing a lot nowadays. Out in the seating area, there’s a definite divey feel to the place, complete with yo-​yo and star wars gun goes to the walls.
Seeing as how this place has sandwich in the name, I had to try the club sandwich for my first visit. I asked for my fries and drinks to come out first. Service was great, friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the sweet tea was perfectly sweetened and balanced with the ice.
The sandwich was blissful. Half way through I wanted three more on the way. That’s always a good sign. Three well buttered and grilled bread layers contained turkey, ham and bacon and all the right dressings. And the best part, my broken 20 dollar bill survived in the form of 2 fives and 3 ones, so this whole thing cost less than 7 bucks! I’ll be back to try the double bacon cheeseburger.
All in all, 5 stars for service, affordability, but most importantly, great food.

Best food made as you order… So if u want fresh home cooked burgers and sandwiches for a great price … This is the place!
