Pizza Hut

Disgusting pizza. Employees are slow, not up to customer service standards. This is the ONLY national pizza chain, that has enough grease under the bottom of a pizza– that even a doctor would say: Would you like a triple bypass surgery, to go with that? This place lost my business forever when they gave me a wrong order. And the replacement was not up to par. If you like your pizza crust/​bottom– Extra, Extra Greasy… then this place is your dream come true.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Place needs a deep clean but I had no issues at this location.

Very quiet evening. The phones were ringing off the hook but they consistently handled the calls while addressing me in the dining area. I felt bad that they were so understaffed. I applaud the diligence of the staff but they were truly overwhelmed. Maybe the work experience will improve for them as time goes on. Regardless of that, my experience was good.

I was told my pizza will be here in 45 minutes after over an hour and a half and 3 phone calls all they keep saying it will be here any minute. Even after speaking to the manager she told me the same thing it will be there any minute and that’s it. Waited and waited and nothing. Had to cancel my order because waiting two hours for my pizza is ridiculous. I live about 3 miles away. Lost my business for good.

It took 2 hours to get my delivery and it sucks because all I ordered was one large pizza for my daughters birthday party at home !!! I should have went and gotten it myself, but every time I called the store they reassured me that the driver was on their way. (They lied !) not to mention i was put on hold for 20 minutes once and then hung up on. I’m not sure If this store just needs more employees to handle the workload or what but I will never order delivery again.

We only order online to this location and it is NEVER done when it is supposed to be done. The website will say «your order will be ready in 14 minutes» and I always wait to LEAVE my house at the supposed 14 minute ready mark and always end up waiting an additional 10 – 15 min, pretty slow. And the pizza is just as good as any other Pizza Hut. They’ve got their system pretty well synced

This is my first time at this location and we came in with my wife and kids. Pizza was awesome but the salad bar was sub-​par. Lettuce was old and turning brown, tomatoes were soft and mushy, cucumbers were sliced so thick they needed a knife to cut them. The worst part was the fact that they are hiding their moldy ceiling with a tablecloth. I highly doubt the mold would pass an inspection.

Unless u absolutely, positively, MUST have ONLY Pizza Hut pizza — avoid like the plague. Slow, inattentive, slow, unorganized, slow, dirty, slow. This isn’t just an off night, its always like this. I am only here because the wife insists that my spoiled kid must have Pizza Hut cinnistix. Absurd. So angry. 90 min and counting…
I never finished posting this review. But I still hate this store with a passion. It’s been bad for so long they obviously do not care.

While I live near this Pizza Hut, it is unavailable to me for various reasons:
Monday through Friday lunch hour at this location belongs to the Goodyear plant and local contractors. Hungry hard-​working men fill most of the tables between 11am and 1230pm and wait for the pizzas to come out to the buffet, and devour them as soon as they’re available. Not a place to take yourself or your kids to try to get some grub. It’s like a bunch of hungry baby birds.
Monday through Friday evenings, the buffet is not available. It’s only for lunch, and I feel it’s a better deal for my family, so I don’t even think about going for the supper meal.
As a rule, I don’t eat out on weekends in Fayetteville. May sound silly, but what I’ve found is restaurants are busier and people are more rude on the weekends.
So, while the wait staff is nice at this location, getting food to your table is sometimes out of their control.

This is not acceptable for Pizza Hut. I think I will have to send out a search party for the driver. Who in the hell thinks that is ok? The manager is out of their mind and deserves to be fired for this kind of service. They’re closer to me than Papa John’s and PJ always manages to deliver on time, if not early. This is the last time I will order anything from Pizza Hut.

So I was so ready to give this Pizza Hut a good review especially after reading all the other bad reviews I mean I’ve been here several times and it was never anything special but never terrible either! After reading another tip from the lady who didn’t tip her driver because it took 2 hours to get the pizza as if he makes the pizzas! However, they are having «Customer Appreciation Week» and I use the term loosely! I called to place an order and they are out of the deal ($ 5.99 for any 1 topping carry out) so the girl on the phone told me they had thin crust and something else I didn’t understand. I told her I wanted to order the thin crust 1 topping and she told me it would be $ 10 and change. So clearly it’s not $ 5.99 for any 1 topping. I asked if it was possible to offer a discount because I feel it’s unfair that during «Customer Appreciation Week» in order to eat something from their restaurant I have to get something I didn’t want and pay more for it. She pretty much told me she was the manager and there’s nothing she could do. Although I was always under the impression managers are there to manage situations such as this. Nonetheless Pizza Hut received none of my money tonight and have left me a hungry angry customer who may just go to Dominos (no I won’t the Dominos on Ramsey St is terrible but that’s my other review… see Dominos Review) I just wonder what happened to Customer Satisfaction!
They get 2 Stars because like I said my other trips had not been terrible!

Here it is two hours later… no food, they won’t answer the phone, but the money was taken from our account.
I’m never ordering from here again. If I wanted to eat a pizza that took several hours to make I would’ve prepared the damn thing from scratch myself. This is ridiculous.
EDIT: They finally came. He was nice and all but obviously there was no way I was going to tip him after being two hours later and never answering the phone. As he was going down the stairs, my husband was coming up them. He asked him how he was and he said, «Not good. I keep getting third floor apartments that won’t tip.»
Of course I’m not going to tip you! I tip people that do their job well… you didn’t do your job at ALL.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Sadly, I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt because I live near by, so I’ve been here 4 times, and only had one good experiance. The manager was in civilian clothes working, the people at the counter were cashing out both registers while customers were waiting to order, they don’t answer their phones, and they definitly won’t rush to help you. I walked in to pick up a carry out and employees literally walked away to avoid helping me. I will never go back to THIS Pizza Hut.

I quit eating pretty much everything when I went Vegan a few months ago.
I do miss some things and unfortunately pan pizza from pizza hut is something I cannot replicate, so I have ordered a couple of pizzas with all veggies, light sauce and NO CHEESE. They are delicious, but I won’t order them unless I am desperate because it freaks them out so much to make a pizza with no cheese.
Really?
Come on Pizza Hut… no cheese is ok, you can do it. No cheese is an online option on your website!!! Why does it freak you out?
Its not a huge problem making a pizza without the «moo goo» is it?

Three half-​raw, doughy pizzas for $ 44? … yeah, no. And it’s not just this store – we somehow got the exact same poorly-​prepared food in Hilton Head Island. Right now I’m wondering whether or not the two slices I managed to finish are going to stay down. Lends a bit of sick irony to those «OMG the food was catered by Pizza Hut?! (Real People!)» commercials.
I’m going to play the nostalgia card and complain that I remember a time when Pizza Hut pizzas were crispy, buttery and enjoyable to eat. (It was when I was a teenager.) They were still overpriced, but at least they were justifiable. Now tthe brand is just a total waste of time, space, and resources. But not to worry – there’ll be some new gimmicky pizza out in January. I’ll pass in future, though. 0 stars.

This Pizza Hut is by far the WORST one we have ever had to deal with. The employees literally act like they’re not supposed to be doing any work. We have ordered from them twice and after incorrect delivery estimations (45 mins turned into 2hrs, WTF?), horrible customer service (the guy on the phone left me on hold bc I couldn’t understand what he was saying), we finAlly decided to completely give up on them and we now use papa johns, haven’t had a problem from them yet. Love Pizza Hut, hate this franchise. Avoid at All Costs, literally.
