I went to the new location on hope mills road, and I must say that I LOVED it. I have never written a Unilocal review before, but my experience was just that good. I had an amazing, full-​body, deep tissue massage. I have a very physical job– which leads to knots EVERYWHERE– and, with just one session, I could feel them melting away. I then had the most wonderful and cleansing facial, by the owner herself. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, unlike the science lab-​like businesses I have been to before. After I was finished, I immediately booked my next appointment. Best in Fayetteville.

Two days after I went, my back seized up and hasn’t been the same since (I’ll probably go to my usual place to get it straightened out). Two stars instead of zero because the employees were pleasant to work with and flexible.
Not horrible on pricing, they seem very tiered — that is to say I saw signs for add-​ons like hot stones, which I’m used to from my preferred LMT (without add-​on costs there).
Overall: Seemed like a good place, but I probably won’t be back — mostly because I already have a favorite sports massage place in Fayetteville.
Note: The location is quite difficult to find. I had to drive past it several times before I realized the door beside the wine store wasn’t for the wine store. No signage, no lights made this place very difficult to find.

First, I will start off by saying this place was amazing and the customer service was beyond amazing. I live in Fayetteville and was looking for a massage for the same day. I called MChelle and she didn’t have an opening until a few hours later. She called me back and personally told me that there was a cancellation at the Raeford Rd location and I could come right now. Once there, I was speaking with my massage therapist, Sarah, and she suggested a deep tissue because of a hip sprain (injury) that I’ve been dealing with. Sarah was wonderful. She started with some stretching of my injured areas and focused on all areas of my pain. Additionally, she used hot towels on my back and neck which made the experience even better. I walked out of the building with no pain. I will definitely be returning, frequently. The prices were also perfect.

I visited the Raeford Rd. location today for a full body massage and left a happy customer. I must be honest that at first glance I was a little skeptical as the building does not look esthetically appeasing. To counter that view, if you are one for service you should give those place a shot. I would recommend based off of quality of service alone.

My best friend was here visiting from Pittsburgh and we decided to get a massage. We found a wonderful Groupon for Mind and Body. It was called the Pamper Me massage. An hour long, including hot stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, and a foot rub. $ 59! The owner told us she would honor that price if we came in. We went to her Yadkin location. They were so friendly and did amazing! Very professional and such a relaxing environment. It was small and cozy. Perfect for what we were looking for. Now my friend is moving here and we make jokes about how she’s moving here solely for Mind and Body’s massages! We won’t go anywhere else!

This place was grate. Small and intimate. I had a wonderful massage with aromatherapy oils. My skin was so soft and I was relaxed when I left. I will definitely come back.
