Meridian Realty

I would not recommend the services of Meridian Realty to anyone. Since contacting Kim and Teague Chitwood, realtors with Meridian Realty, I have endured a horrible experience. After Kim took hours to put our offer in on a home we viewed with Teague, she then lacked any communication with the listing agent. After she finally contacted the agent, she advised me they wanted us to use a local lender opposed to a national lender and provide the sellers our credit report. After we questioned who was benefiting from us using a local lender, since we had a preapproval letter, she become upset. She stated the home wasn’t a big deal and she was going to have dinner. When I told her I needed a more aggressive agent, she began insulting me, calling me names, and refusing to assist me while we had an pending offer on a home. She publicly/​personally attacked me in response to reviews I posted online, she shared my private information on social media, and she contacted my employer regarding our issues (my employer had nothing to do with our transaction.) I would avoid Meridian Realty for any real estates needs. *This review is based solely on my opinion and experience while Kim Chitwood was our buyers agent*
