Lowe’s Home Improvement

This has been a horrible experience with getting carpet installed in my rental property. Lowe’s has made mistake after mistake. They sent the contract to the outside agency but never marked it as a 72 hr install. When I called them they had me call the install coordinator who then had me call the actual install company. On the third day of a 72 hr install, they said they need the power on for carpet to acclimatize. I has the power on that day and three more days they are not sure when they will install. They have to call on Monday. Meanwhile I have tenants waiting to move in.
Lowe’s takes the money quickly buy offers no support after they have your $ 1,000 of dollars. Please go to Home Depot!

Quick applause for Ms. Liz at Lowe’s Ramsey Street. Just received an email from our tenants this morning that our thousand dollar fridge (delivered YESTERDAY) had a dent in it! OmG! After a few tries, finally got Ms. Liz on the phone, and no questions asked, she ordered another from their warehouse and will have it delivered as soon as they get it in. THANK YOU and thank goodness there’s still good, quality customer service here in America! This place has always been good to us, and especially to the military community. Good ‘olé Lowe’s.

Staff are very helpful here more than Home Depot. I always always get the help I needed at any Lowes.
Many selections to choose from, store is clean and very organized.

I have to agree with another reviewer, the people who work here seem to care less about customers and they give little help. Many seem to just show up for their paycheck. There is a nice older blonde lady who works up by the registers, so she seems to be their best and nicest employee. I always look for her to check out. I recently had an issue and contacted a manager twice – and it was never resolved.

Take the trip down Ramsey for this Lowes instead of the one on Skibo. We have lived here 3 years and we have NEVER had bad service at this Lowes, however the Lowes on Skibo consistently has terrible service!

If you plan on shopping at Lowe’s, you better make sure you come in at least a few hours before closing time, otherwise be prepared to deal with pissy workers that won’t answer your questions, talk down to you, roll their eyes at you, and give you purposely wrong information.
I came in about an hour before Lowe’s closes, and tried to ask the old woman working in the paint department a few questions. She didn’t answer any of them, instead she kept rolling her eyes and sighing and actually told a worker walking by that she wouldn’t be able to leave in time because I kept asking her questions. Are you serious? Because of her I ended up with a ruined piece of furniture because she gave me the wrong type of paint and I didn’t know any better. All because I apparently wasted her time by asking her to do her job.
