My worst visit ever! We were seated quickly but the service was whack until I complained to the manager about our NASTY silverware! My steak was tough & the mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they came out of a box! We have been here before and it was pretty decent but they have definitely lost a customer for sure! I also saw Jordan (the waitress) use her finger to wipe some residue off of a plate! The manager knew it was a mess so he gave me two $ 10 gift cards.

I don’t know if it’s a problem with Longhorn restaurants in general but they need classes on how to actually cook a steak. We went for my nephew’s birthday and our appetizers were wonderful but 3 of us got our food then he and his little sister got their’s 5 minutes later. He cuts into his supposed to be medium steak and it was practically still mooing. They did quickly replace it with a fresh plate but I also ordered a steak and there was hardly any seasoning and the fat was not rendered at all. I had to cut quite large chunks out and while some fat is to be expected it should also be rendered properly. The manager on duty was very nice along with the other staff but I would really like to know how a supposed steak place can’t cook steaks correctly.

I go to Lonhorn often for lunch on Saturdays or with my famy from time to time. Every experience is always a good one. The biggest reason is that all the staff is very helpful and professional. The manager will almost always come by and make sure everything went okay with your order.
The food here is pretty good and the prices are good for family eating. They also have a happy hour with drink specials. They always have in season beer and an interesting margarita on the menu. The dessert menu isn’t too shabby either. Anyway… I recommend if you are in the area to go here because you know what kind of food to expect and now you know the service is good and will fix anything if there is a problem.

what i enjoy about longhorn is the food and the great customer service from the managers there in all locations that i have visited across the us. my first time in fayetteville branch visiting family, atmospheres is great as usual, appetizer is awesome the shrimp one, the lobster dip didn’t enjoy and the waiter took it away immediately, great service, our steak came not the right temperature didn’t care for my self i was hungry and it was still juicy and hot, but had to tell them cause my mums was just to dry from what she wants, immediately the manager comes over apologies and asks to change all steaks, we only let him change my mums and wow was hers the best steak that day :), thats not it he takes care of mums order plus the 2 appetizers we ordered, and said that we are steak house we always strive for perfection, thats what customers service should be, (check my review for chills in NJ to know what i mean by difference. HANDS DOWN TO LONGHORN
