KFC

I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received here. I decided to go inside to order out and when I came in the door, the employee did not make me feel like I was a priority. I ordered the 8 piece family meal, to which the response was, «You mean the Summer meal?» I pointed at the meal that I wanted and she told me the the Summer meal was the same price. After for confusingly obliging and paying, it turns out it was a few dollars more expensive.
I sat down at a table while waiting a long time for my meal and noticed that there was a sticky film of filth on a lot of the furniture in the dining room. While sitting in the dining room, the employees yelled to me several times regarding what sides I had ordered and if I wanted sweet tea or lemonade. this went on for many minutes while I saw car after car go through the drive thru in no time. I also heard the employees in the kitchen joking around loudly while I was waiting for my order.
When my order finally came up, I was given a half gallon of sweet tea. When I informed the employee that I had ordered the lemonade several times, she went to the back for 2 minutes to grab some. I was given the lemonade and it was actually hot to the touch.
As for the food, it’s KFC chicken so you are getting what you expect, except that many of the pieces seemed to be lacking a significant amount of meat.
Overall, I will not being going here again. I’m sure there are plenty of other chicken joints in the area that will provide a better experience.
