Although the value of clothibg and selection are okay. The sales representatives are seldom helpful with finding things you are looking for. This makes shopping stressful and not wanting to return. I rather go where sales associates are more personable and willing to help.

I NEVER go to shopping malls and this mall per se has absolutely nothing to boast about. I do 99% of my shopping online. In this instance, I bought a wide variety of drapes, about 18 pair, looking for just the right shade of grey. Instead of calling for a UPS pick-​up, I decided to return the unneeded sets directly to the store.
This is notoriously difficult to do because the numbers never match the item numbers in the store, and the stores are not familiar with the merchandise, because if they carried the variety they sell online, they wouldn’t have room for it all.
I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I received I had to give them kudos here. I had three big boxes to return so they let me pull up to a service area, had someone come out to the car and unload the boxes for me and then led me right to a cashier.
Chris was EXTREMELY KIND and PATIENT. He was not familiar with drapes, so he called an associate down from the drapery department to go over everything. I think her name was Una? At any rate, it was as if they were trying to top each other as to who could be the most helpful. Even the stock guy waited patiently for them to finish so he could take the inventory to wherever it goes.
These three were the definition of SUPERIOR customer service. No one rolled their eyes at my return, they even called the online division for me to cancel an outstanding back order. Literally could not have asked for better service.
I hope their Manager’s are checking reviews and I hope these three are well compensated for their work. Seriously, I work in a service industry and would like to steal these three to work my sales floor. The kind of skills these employees exhibited cannot be taught. Someone is hiring right over there.

Yes, I am giving this JCP in Fayetteville five stars! No kidding, this is a perfectly sized store and ALWAYS has huge deals. Between getting my JCP rewards all the time (easy and hassle free to sign up!) and the bargain codes texted to me and even more via the retailmenot app — you just can’t beat it.
If you read my original review — I purchased a lot of my workout clothes here on the cheap. I workout hard (most of the time…), I need reasonably priced workout clothes because I am hopefully going to profusely sweat and occasionally get dirty! That’s kind of my point to workout.
The Xersion (JCP store brand) works great for me. The clothes are well made (not thin, see thru, or little speghetti straps!) can be washed literally hundreds of time and show little/​to no wear. They always have new coordinating jackets, shirts and pants with many bright colors. I wear drab clothes all day for work –I like some screaming colors to workout in.
The Nicole Miller line (not JCP exclusive) has truly become one of my favorites from her clothing, jewelry, purses and absolutely gorgeous home line. I have purchased several dresses and jewelry. I uploaded a few pics of my recent haul. Love the rose colored pieces of jewelry — unique and a bargain.
If you haven’t checked out JCP in a bit, recommend you do. Literally, I quit shopping at JCP a few years ago — and now I shop there weekly (if not more) due to convenience, merchandise and awesome sales!

Jessica was super friendly and helpful, gave me and my boyfriend some samples. Although this is a small Sephora, it definitely would be nice if they had more to choose from.
