Overall, I have always been pleased with this location. As an Extreme Couponer I am always looking for a deal. They usually have really good sales and if you sign up for their email offers, they send you coupons for 15−20% off your purchases. Customer service has always been pretty good. The last time that I came in, the manager was kind of unprofessional. She was berating an employee at the counter in front of customers.

Sometimes they have good deals, but overall the stuff they sell isn’t what most people want – unless you’re over 70. They tend to stock items and clothes for that age group and up. The one time that I did want to buy something the line was around the corner because they only had one or two registers open. I asked them to open another one and the clerk (who wasn’t even checking people out) was too busy to look up and said «We’re working on it». I dropped what was in my hands and left the store. I’ve never been back. The only good thing I can say is the parking lot always has free spaces.

Horrible customer service. Managers remain in this walled-​in, raised box and will not come down to talk to those who need their assistance. I would recommend anywhere but here if you’re looking to have someone help you out.
