It’s like they literally scraped the bottom of the barrel for women with low self esteem attempting to crawl their way out of the seedy underground of Sharkys Tavern, coupled with sticky tables, questionable consumers, and bad food. If you’re in to domestic beer at a moderate price, lengthy waits for wildly mediocre wings, and constantly questioning why you didn’t just go across the street to Macs, this may be the place for you. Also, if you have ever described Faynam as «a good place to live» this may be your type of establishment.

Only come here because I like the food, but don’t think it’s worth it because of how bad the service is. Girls sitting around at the tables. Took a couple minutes to get seated because the four girls sitting at the table near he host stand couldn’t figure out who was supposed to be sat next. The girls are also rude. Some may tip well because they’re pretty but they are lucky because if it was based on the service, they wouldn’t make much.

Not even one star. Horrible service. Not busy and 20 minutes for a beer refill. Buddy had his order messed up and decided not to wait another 30 minutes for his food. This place is a joke. If you want to over pay for horrible service then eat here!

They’ve done it, they’ve crafted a place filled with scantily clad woman that sucks! I’m almost impressed.
My counterpart ordered a very basic, two item mixed drink and was told «I don’t think we have that.» She was calmly shown that she did, at which point I attempted mine and was told «I’ve never heard of that.»
At this point, you may be thinking «well Bob, stop ordering such obnoxious shit» but this ever elusive thing I ordered was promoted on their menu. As in, it had a half page to itself.
When we cleared that up, a half hour later I was given what I’m reasonably confident was a glass of lime juice. Whatever it was, just hideous and not even close to what it’s supposed to be. So that’s a minimum of two there that are just completely on lost regarding something important enough their employer gave it its own section. And the half hour thing, like, even if it was correct…
Ain’t where ya wanna be, fam. Wouldn’t call it rude, or even lack of effort, just… I don’t want to go this route with a place already nationally stereotyped as such so often but it’s hard to not think «stupid» is the villain here.

Great establishment. If you belong to fort Bragg or pope army Air Force base, you need to come here. Southern hospitality

I absolute love this place well my son does, the wait staff is very nice and they are kid friendly.

I loved the plain breaded wings and curly fries, delicious as usual. My waitress was a very pretty young lady named Maxine who is of mixed race, her father is black and her mother Italian from Vicencia. All today’s game were on and for once, it was not crowded.

New management is awesome. Super sweet woman! We will be back! Good service and good food!

Not really impress by this place. Our waiter was nice but the food was not good. Ok. I know alot of people go for the ladies but it is a restaurant, so the food should be hot and cook well. Two stars because the service was ok.

The bartenders Alexis and Brittany no mater the how busy or slow were expedient and professional at all times even with rude rude customers coming to the bar they handle themselves well and their customer management was flawless. I’ll be returning!

I was not impressed with this location at all… I placed an order of 20 boneless wings and when I saw the wings I was severely disappointed. They give you one side of blue cheese with 20 wings. I asked for an extra and the two young ladies acted as if their job depended on it. I told them to please just keep the extra blue cheese. I just was not happy. Not happy at all. I think I’m going to do the online survey and give it to some Soldiers so that they may get $ 3 off their next purchase. This place isn’t worth my money.

The service was good. Went for lunch, got seated rather quickly. Wings were ok, not bad. Good for lunch.

Place is dirty, food is greasy, and the girls … well … it’s Fayetteville.

Service is ok. They forgot to have extra staff working on Mother’s Day for their promotional mothers eat free campaign. Had the tex mex nachos some of the chips were fresh and some were stale so kinda weird. My wings were fine so no complaints there. The waitresses were at least nice even though they were very understaffed only 7 girls working. And the bathroom stall I walked into was out of toilet paper both industrial style rolls empty.

This hooters is the WORST in North Carolina (Fayetteville) fat guy with goatee (ako manager) has NO customer service, food took longer then 1hr and still waiting… asked manager about food and he said «we’re busy right now» with 6 empty tables. I would never come here again.

Maybe because I have my own, but I just dont think boobs on display are enough to overcome shitty service and really poor customer care. Despite the fact that I detest BWW, I will gladly go there before ever coming here again.

Great service. Server checked on me repeatedly. the prices were reasonably and music was on point. There was plenty of T.V.‘s as well. The food selection was on point. The beer selection was vast.

Just came out of this hooters and it’s honestly the best hooters I’ve been to and on a busy Sunday Jasmine helped us she was a sweetheart got beers and some damn good wings plus the eye candy is perfect prettiest girls tht I’ve seen from the hooters in the south especially Charli who should be a model

Service here was pretty good. We came on send a night after our t_​v shows over. The place is not overly crowded by any means. We were the only people to receive food while we’re here, and the food came fairly quickly. Not in record time, but in a reasonable amount of time. We had one server and a trainee with her. We ordered the wings, lots of tots, and drinks. After a busy weekend they were all out of root beer, Pepsi, nachos, and cheese sticks. Sadly, we can for cheese sticks and wings. The only disturbing thing that we saw, was the waitress carrying a mop and a bucket in her hands. We can safely assume, hypothetically, but she wash them after handling such objects but before handling our food. Will come back here again on a late Sunday night.

I’m not a big fan of Hooter’s to begin with. They always seem to think that since they are Hooter’s girls, it makes up for shitty service. I went there for my buddies birthday. His choice, not mine. The layout on the inside is crowded and terrible. I think it’s even hard for the servers to get around. Outside, there is patio seating with TV’s, but it’s a smoking area.
On this average Saturday, it wasn’t that busy, it took about 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us after several attempts to flag her down. It took about 10 minutes to get a beer. Took about 20 more minutes to get my wings, which were ok, but I asked about my curly fries and she said they’d be out shortly. A different lady brought out my curly fries about 10 minutes later. I was almost done with my wings by that time.
I think the resume for Hooters is literally handing a girl a bra and asking her to fill it out because no waitress experience must be required.
