Walked in to look at frames and check out the lens package. Store is full of cheap $ 5.00 frames with low quality. Lens are standard CR39 plastic and an up sell of Polycarbs. In all total cost for glasses for the store is about $ 9.00 per pair. No wonder they can sell two pair for $ 79.00. Warranty is not great and in all I was very shocked at how poorly trained the staff was. Manager and other sales associate knew very little of optics, frame selection, and how the choice of frames works in relation to the lens. It must give the lab guys fits. Store itself was dated and not that clean. Dust on the tables. Dead flies at the windows. Dirty floor not vacuumed. I have owned two optical stores in my life and trained several hundred sales staff. I would be embarrassed to have this as one of my stores. I will pass this store and move on to another.
