Denny’s

The service was great and the food was delicious. The employees seem happy to be here. I like the many food options

Terrible service. We waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged by wait staff after we were seated. We were totally ignored and just got up and left.

Stop in here monthly for breakfast or pie. Have always been treated with respect. Food is always good. Kind of think the hit or miss is the time people show up to eat. In any place you go the Golden rule applies. If you treat people with respect you will get it back. Denny’s has good people working here. I like my pancakes.

The food was not good the grits wasn’t thick enough, my food was not made the way i requested! The waiter was awesome but the cooks they were gms i still feel they should done a better job!

Was expecting food like we get at waffle house. Not very good, but delicious because of greasy buttery goodness. It was just not very good. Ordered eggs over medium, got over easy. Only half of my toast got toasted and I’ve had better pancakes out of a box. I wasn’t expecting much, so it was extra bad when I was let down. Probably won’t go again.

My order was wrong and waitress didn’t even come by and check on us. Manager stood there talking and never bothered to ask if everything was ok. Come on, I’m sitting right in front of you and haven’t touched my plate in 20 minutes. There must be something wrong. Not to mention I had to get up to ask for a box when two workers were standing right next to us when it clearly looked like we were ready to go.

Wow, does this place even have a manager? Walked in, seating took forever, with only 6 tables in the restaurant occupied. Then there were 3 other tables that were dirty, with 3 servers sitting around joking. Once we finally got to be seated after standing, and waiting the lady that was supposed to be the hostess was actually sitting at a table, with guest just talking. Then acted surprised that wanted to be seated. After seating us, she returned to the customers table and took a seat. Not impressed with the service, the food was good. This place could be great, just needs a manager.

First and foremost it’s Denny’s the food at 430 in the AM works. The service is some of the best at least with the late night crew

Eating at Denny’s this morning with friends Michael Weems and his family, Cheryl, and Tracey. I’m trying the All American Slam. Our waitress is very friendly, attentive and nice.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EATING HERE. First it took 17 minutes for me to be seated and there was hardly any customers in the dining room. Then my waitress brings me a tea that is not sweet at all. I asked to swap it out with the Mango Lemonade. Guess what? The mango lemonade never came. Then when she hands me my check she says «Oops, I didn’t bring you the Mango Lemonade. «Hmmm but it is mighty funny that she had plenty of time to wsit on the other tables all around me. I am not going to say that she is prejudiced but she is white and all the customers at the tables around me were white. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service received today.

Nothing to write home about. Went for breakfast… was just humdrum! Waitress was scatterbrained, even tho it was not that busy. The table felt like it had a coat of grease on it. Even the Grandslam was greasy… no flavor. Sausages were minis, eggs had NO seasonings. Grits and pancakes came to table with a half a cup of artery clogging butter on them. I did not ask for butter, but they assume everyone eats it on everything here in the South! keep going on down Raeford Road… there are better breakfast choices out there.

Experience was better this time. Our waitress was Polly and she was very nice and gave us great service. Something did really catch me off guard though. We noticed they had a sanitation rating of 82.5 which is a B. Hopefully they can improve on that…

Food was good service was terrible. Waiter doesn’t know the menu. Takes about 30 mins for the waiter introduce themselves .then about 15 more to get a drink and if you want food your talking about a real wait. And to get checked on or to pay forget about it you may see your waiter once or twice the whole time this happens every time I go

Horrible experience. Our waiter was rude, intolerable, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I have dined in at a Denny’s before and have had great experiences but this was horrible. The manager was the only friendly one. She checked on us consistently (not our waiter) and her attitude was very positive.

Putting Denny’s at this location was a very smart thing to do. The staff has been friendly each time we have visited and has even added to some of my random jokes. We’ve only had to wait for a table maybe once, and the wait wasn’t very long.
The food is decent especially for the price. I especially appreciate the healthy alternatives and suggestions indicated on the menu.

Don’t even waste your time. I have given this place numerous chances only to be disappointed again and again. We went thus morning a Sunday at 9 am. There was maybe 10 other customers in the restaurant and had to wait to be seated. The server forgot half of our drinks. Food came out very very slowly and cold. Asked for onions and mushrooms with my hashbrowns, there was 1 mushroom and no onions. Had to remind our server not once but 3 times for more coffee. Don’t even waste your time and money. Head over to robins in hope mills it’s worth the drive.

I hadn’t been to a Denny’s in about 10 years. I used to protest going as a teenager whenever my dad wanted to go there. I preferred IHOP. I change my mind now on which I prefer. I ordered a breakfast skillet my way. It was hot the entire time and perfectly prepared. It had everything on it I asked for. The same goes for my friend that went with me. We sat up at the counter since that was the first available for seating. It is a small location and was quite busy. I was pleasantly pleased! Our server June was so sweet and prompt. If I lived here, I would def make it back at least twice a month.

We have always had great service here! The food is great. The coffee is great (definitely better than ihops coffee).
The staff is always fantastic! We especially love it when Yeris is our waitress.
We have not had one bad experience here.

Just went there for the first time this morning with a friend of mine. I loved it. At first glacé the waitstaff kinda looked judgy when we walked in. Mind you it’s not uncommon for me and my friend to get stars I’ve got a sleeve, and numerous other tattoos, and she has quite a few facial piercings. Either way we had wanted to eat here.
We were seated by a super friendly waitress, and she was super sweet. She laughed and made jokes with us. And was very precise with our orders and got everything done!
The restaurant is very small, I definitely would have made it bigger not sure why it’s not. Either way though it’s a decent location, it’s in a good area.
Overall the restaurant is great. There were a few people that worked there that I wouldn’t personally have working there, but for the most part it was good. Service was great, food was great, wait time was 0! :)

YAY! (I thought) Denny’s is in Fayetteville! OK. there are basically 3 places to eat breakfast if Fayetteville (other than a couple of little joints). IHOP, Waffle House, and Golden Corral (weekends only, but I only eat breakfast on weekends). Finally a Denny’s. So I wanted to go there a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely no way! Packed to the gills. I went on Saturday night. A short wait, and no wonder there wouldn’t be a wait for a table. There are, not even 20 tables. WHAT!!! Did the person who built this place do ANY research? They could be four times as big and still make money on the weekends to cover any other time they were slow. Just sayin…
Sat down, ordered drinks, then they forgot us. Probably because of the problems the diners at the surrounding tables seemed to be having. I heard at least three tables complaining that their orders were far from right, even on second and subsequent tries. So, back to Saturday night. Went late, with granddaughter in tow. Wanted just a little something. Appetizer wise. She wanted a bowl of soup. «No soup after 10PM.» OK. just an Oreo Milk shake. «We’re outta vanilla ice cream (although the dessert book is full of „a la mode“ desserts with a scoop of vanilla on the side, puzzling). So she got one with chocolate ice cream. I got a half order of Nachos, no sour cream. Both came in reasonable time. The milk shake was served in a glass with on of those silver milkshake cups and enough left in there for another person! and YOM! She will probably ask for chocolate ice cream from now on. My nachos came with a huge glob of sour cream. My daughter would have thought ‚“Score». Not me. Here is a 4^th table with a screw up. I know my server took the order correctly, so the problem is in the kitchen. But the server should have seen the problem when she picked it up and fixed it. Also, when they removed the sour cream, it looked like they took half my Nacho’s with it.
They were the BEST Nacho’s I have had anywhere. They were soooooo good! Who would have thought Denny’s would have good nachos. Not just good. GREAT!
Anyway, they still have some kinks to work out. I’ll go back for breakfast when the thrill is gone.
