Chuck E Cheese’s

The staff was on top of everything tonight! Came out to hang out with the family and just play games and everything was up and running, ready for kids (and grown ups) to play! Anytime something got jammed or ran out of tickets, the floor employees were right there, easy to find and ready to help! We didn’t eat anything but usually chuck e’s has pretty good food. We are really pleased with our overall visit and can wait to come back!

Best maintained Chuck E Cheese I’ve been to. Consistently clean and games work. Staff is friendly and focused on the kids having fun.

Took the kids here on a Sunday bc we were out of town and looking for something to kill some time. The staff/​manager were excellent, facility was extremely clean and most of the games were in working condition and distributing tickets. By far the best chuck e cheese I’ve been to. Didn’t eat but food looked good at the tables and salad bar looked stocked and fresh.

Pizza wasn’t bad. Restrooms clean. Tables clean. Staff friendly. Nice salad bar, also kept clean. They even have wings, but I didn’t try them. Hey people-it’s Chucke Cheese, not a 4 star restaurant. Grand kids had a ball. That’s why you come here.

This is your typical Chuck E. Cheese. Standard pizza, salad bar, giant mouse and nasty restrooms. It only got a couple stars because the kids seemed to enjoy it.
The prizes are sad. You need thousands of tickets to get something worth taking home. Thankfully the kids don’t mind getting a plastic frog, an army man and a sticker.
Not my favorite place to bring the kids but i’ll humor them.

1. Machines are consistently out of order
2. Soda fountain is disgusting
3. Game options are low
4. Most of the employees act like they dont want to be there
5. What the heck is up with these kids following other kids and adults around keep begging for tokens???

However they didn’t have a «live» mechanical stage like some other chuck e cheeses have.
50% of the games are broke/don’t work properly/​or work horribly. You go to let kids game, not complain to you that something isn’t working.

It is what it is. The pizza isn’t very good, I ordered a cheesy breadstick side and when it finally came out it wasn’t even cut. We had to peel the glob of cheese and bread apart with our hands in order for everyone to get a piece. The guy who brought out the pizza seemed rude and asked me «what else you waitin on?». Overall, the place seemed nasty. The games side of the place was a different story. Surprisingly, everything worked and didn’t have any issues with waiting to play anything. The only problem I encountered was there were too many unsupervised kids running around. I had one kid steal one of my skee alls right in front of me and when my son asked for it back he jerked it away from him. Overall, a 3 out of 5 is being generous and the only thing that saved it from getting a 1 or 2 was that the games were all working.

I took my three year old here, and we will definitely not go back. They need to hire people to police the game areas so I’m not dodging little ninjas that think every game is an object to be climbed on. There were way too many people that abandoned their children and let them become everyone elses problem.

I must say… this is the cleanest Ch Ch I have ever set foot in. The employees were very friendly and acted like they liked their job. The salad bar is my favorite. The items were fresh and the bar area itself was clean. For the first time, I wouldn’t mind going back to Ch Ch. Ha! Ha!
