Applebee’s

True disappointment at this Applebee’s. For some reason, one of the salads we were served was sparce; very little meat or greens compared to the other salad we were served. Anyway, thumbs down.

Excellent restaurant. The staff was wonderful. The food was excellent. I was here with family and we always have a great time. We salute Kaley, Logan and Jarrod. Excellent service every time we visit.

Amazing food and service Logan is the best! He made sure that our meal was great he is Awesome! Back again excellent service and amazing food! Try the butter pecan blonde! It’s the bomb! The whole staff is Awesome Logan and the crew!

Waited for over 10 minutes for my car side to go order. Called the number to let them know I was outside and nobody was helping me. They then brought out a bill that wasn’t mine after another 3 minutes. I think the other person who was parked in carside to go got pissed and left. I’m not sure that I’m not going to do the same. Whoever owns this Applebee’s should be punished.

I am giving this review one star, but only because I cannot give them zero stars! We dined (?) here 12÷2÷2015. Our server, Jessica, was a pleasant person, but not very efficient or effective.
There were four of us, and she screwed up three of the orders. «Forgot» to pick up the forth’s drink from the bar!
My steak (once I got the right steak) was over seasoned and «mushy». My sweet potato fries were so over cooked they were completely dehydrated and inedible. The mexi rice was «crispy» and clumpy, and had obviously been held for hours.
Another in our party ordered her sauce on the side, but got slaw on the side.
It took forever to be recognized, took forever to get the sub par food, and they had to be reminded to bring both the drinks and one diners salad.
The experience overall was a disaster. Both food and service for all in our party. Obviously BIG problems here. Will not be back. There are much better choices than this poorly managed location! Hopefully corporate is aware of how bad this place is!

Just had dinner at Applebees. Took forever to get a waitress to come over. Finally the manager came over. Got drinks, waitress finally got or order. Took at least 20 minutes to get the waitress back over to find out where our food was. Seems they have my husband’s to someone else. They brought mine out before his so it wouldn’t get cold. The place had maybe 10 coupes. Not full at all. Not sure we’ll go back.

Amazing service today with my family of 7 and my 1 year old nephew! Our server crystal went above and beyond and everything was perfectly timed. Our appetizer came out along with my nephews food as I asked. Majority of the family ordered steaks which everyone boasted about so we has to see a manager and the manager AJ came out and he was very professional and made sure we were taken cares of. We will be back since it’s been a while since we came to this location out last few visits were horrible but today was PERFECT!!! Thank you Crystal and AJ! See you soon!

Came in for a study break whike running a few errands. Stopped in for lunch. Debo remembered exactly my usual. He is only here during the weekdays. The chicken quesiddias were great. The MOD on duty even stopped to check in. For the grand finale I ordered the wild berry cheesecake shooter — -yummy.

I’ll try and keep this short… We ordered the 2 for $ 25 deal. Caesar salads, honey chicken mac and cheese, bourbon street chicken and shrimp, 1 bud light and 1 blue moon (draft). Caesar salads came out warm and with wilted lettuce and stale croutons. The bourbon chicken and shrimp came out literally boiling in oil, completely inedible (unless you like stuff like that) and the honey chicken mac and cheese had the cheesy sauce stuff on one half of the plate! And the blue moon beer wasn’t a blue moon. I asked them to re-​pour it and it just tasted like the draft nozzles had been switched on accident. So, the manager came over and apologized for the food. Comped the meal and my «blue moon» but we paid for the bud light because that was the only thing that could be consumed on the table. Our server was nice and the manager was nice but the food completely ruined it.

Don’t go here if you’re looking for good food!!! My husband and I had to send back our food twice. We asked to speak to the manager who was standing around just talking with employees. He never came over to speak with us. The manager clocked out and went home leaving everything to be smoothed over by the second shift manager. She came to speak with us and told us we didn’t have to pay for our food. She apologized for the terrible food and how the manager didn’t acknowledge us at all. We will never go to this location again!!! I will not be served garbage!!!

I have zero expectations for Applebees, and their salads delivered the overwhelmingly terrible experience I anticipated. But the southern charm of the servers, earns this Applebee’s a 5 in my book for service. Its just that the food it terrible by any standards. They have zero restraint when it comes to drowning salads in poor dressing, mozzarella sticks were over fried, but the sweet potato fries were limp… Thank goodness for the servers!

Nice atmosphere, relaxed environment, not as packed as the one on skibo. Really enjoyed everything here and drinks where 3.99 $

Service was horrible. Called several times and was left on hold forever. Finally had to get in the car and drive there in order to place my order. Food still took forever and the place wasn’t even really that busy. I’d hate to see how the service is on a busy night. The food was okay. My friend had ribs and those were good but everything else was just okay. I wanted to order Cajun Shrimp Pasta and they said they didn’t have it. How can a restaurant not have something that is on there menu. I won’t be frequenting this place after that bad encounter. They need to do better with customer service.

The service was GREAT! The food was good, the place was clean.

We tried to eat here on a regular bases when we first arrived in town, but the food got worse every time and service is sketchy at best.

This location has great service, the wait staff is attentive.
