Wendy’s

It’s a small location, I typically use the drive through. Most of the time we just come here for their Frostys. The service is ok at best, we often have to repeat the order before they get it right.

This location is close to work for me. It looks like people have only taken the opportunity to review it when they needed to complain. Since I eat here once or twice a week, I thought I would take the time to write a review. I am satisfied with this location. I typically order a full sized salad and the staff remember me and always follows my requests. I usually slightly customize the salad. They do their best to thank their regulars. Besides a salad, I order a sandwich every once in a while. I read in another review that the sandwich buns were stale. I have found that to be true at least twice. That is where the star is missing.
I usually have to wait 5 – 10 minutes at lunch time but that is standard for all the fast food restaurants in the area (McDonalds, Taco Bell across the street and Dunkin Donuts down the street). The team serving in the dining room consistently serve food in order which makes for a longer wait time but smooth operation. They seem to communicate well with each other and put the customer first which is appreciated. I do not use the drive-​through.
The dining room is clean and peaceful.

By far the worst Wendys I have EVER been to. Staff is rude and does not really care about the customer at all.

Every bad review is spot on this place is slow and overpriced and run down. Sadly there’s nothing good to stay expect stay away

This location SUCKS!!! Slow service. Had 1 person working the counter during peak lunch rush. THe guy that was working the counter was an idiot didnt know what he was doing. The guy before me he forgot to put his sandwich in the bag. How can you have 1 person working the counter during lunch rush!!! The manager didnt seem to care, she kept looking at the line and didn’t seem to care. I ordered the Ultimate Chicken Grill and they put a small piece of chicken, its normally bigger. This is def the worst wendy’s I’ve ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Horrible service! No receipts given so you can’t even complain to Wendy’s themselves because you need a receipt for their website. I had an iced tea that was the worst tea I ever had in my life! Tasted like it had medicine in it. They exchanged it — they made my burger with a stale bun… seriously you can’t tell a bun is rock hard when you make the burger and you give it to me anyway? After telling them about my iced tea did they do anything to fix the tea? Nope just hope some other suckers keep ordering it!

Conveniently close to where I work but this has to be the worst Wendy’s around. While the other fast food places during lunchtime in this area are generally packed this one is deserted. I guess I should have taken that as a red flag. The burger was dry and sloppily put together. The bun was slightly stale as well. The fries were not crisp and about half were barely cooked and soggy. Got a large drink and noticed that it was about ¾ of the way filled. Asked her to fill it up more and got an annoyed look. Not friendly at all. Has used up all their chances, will not be back.

Terrible service! the staff is unfriendly and the food is prepared sloppy *avoid this place*
