I’ve been going to the dentist ever since I was a kid, with a mother as a dental nurse I know what to expect at all times. Dr Neral was my first dental visit in America and it wasn’t a good experience.
She dug under my gums with the tools and then exclaimed that I had poor oral health because my gums were bleeding. They were only bleeding because she did that! She was a nice enough person but a bit rough. The office was squishy and I had to do my own suction which I thought was a bit barbaric.
Maybe she had a bad day, I don’t know, but it was enough for me not to go back for a 2nd checkup.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Neral for the last 7 years and I have nothing but good things to say about not only the dentist but also the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I can see that Dr. Neral really takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable and finds the best treatment plan for her patients. She is also great with kids!
