I came in here to use the notary service. She had two witness for me, and it only cost $ 2. I was in and out in under five minutes. I’ll definitely return if I need to ship anything.

Horrible customer service!!! Micheal is one of the rudest people I have ever met. After 5 months of countless excuses and reasons why they lost my package, which I insured and have voicemails with said excuses… I have neither my package or the insured amount. He threw me out of his store and told me to never come back! Do not use this location! I’m out 1000.00 $ Olivia, I’m so sorry but you were misinformed. From the moment Micheal realized who I was he treated me as an inconvenience. I asked Michael several times what I could do to resolve this matter. He told me there was nothing that could be done. And told me that my package had been held at customs at which point I asked him why I was just now hearing this. He told me that this was the only explanation that was ever offered and did not accept that I had been given several different explanations and possible scenarios. I then told him that I could prove it by playing him voicemails that were saved on my phone. One of which you said that you were sorry for not having any answers and that even you get a different story every other day. After realizing that I would not be able to reason with Micheal I told him that I was seeking legal advice. Because I can’t accept that there is nothing that can be done. That’s when he told me that our conversation was over and ordered me to leave his store. So I did. At no point did I threaten him, or act in any other way than a customer that expected answers. His account of these events just confirms what I wrote in my review, that he was rude, unprofessional and imaginative. You are also aware that I didn’t learn that this package was declined until I first contacted you. As far as I knew it had been delivered and all was well. It was only after I realized that my card wasn’t charged back that I knew there was an issue. I understand that my package was declined. But wasn’t it UPS that put the package back on the truck and then transported it to customs? Did your company not think it was important to notify me or at very least you, that a package valued and insured for 1000.00 $ was declined? Also, since it seems that you were aware that this package would arrive in Canada with a tax assessment or other cod amounts, it would have been helpful to pass such important information on to me. Over these past months I have been extremely patient and trusted that you would eventually find a solution either in the return of my package or the insured value. Either would be acceptable. I appreciate your countless hours of work and dedication to this matter and finally, a clear explanation of events. I look forward to hearing how you will finally resolve this issue.
