They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They took the time to sit with us and answer every question we had without making us feel rushed, which was much appreciated. During the service they were nearby when needed (bringing extra chairs, etc.) without being intrusive. We felt that they did an excellent job preparing our grandfather’s body — he looked natural and peaceful, which was an additional comfort.
