Dissapointed with this place.
Bought a groupon for 3 microderms during the summer… tried making appointments all summer and fall long – which the owner was well aware of, however, the facial lady was always on vacation. Finally was able to get an appointment in December for when the lady was back – and they refused to honor my certificate because it expired a couple of weeks prior. They said because they knew I was trying to make an appointment, they would offer me a session for «only» $ 42. Even though I had already purchased the groupon which was now a waste.
Place looks nice and is clean, but their customer service lacks. They should’ve honored the certificate, especially because they knew how many times I kept called to try and make an appointment. Theres places such as Skinfinity in Bethpage that has MUCH better pricing and absolutely amazing customer service; they go above and beyond for their customers.

Had a spa day with work and the entire office came to the salon. Every single one of us were extremely happy with our hair and facials! From the minute you walk in the door you are treated like gold! I have never been so happy with my highlights and blow out! Kristy did a great job that the other girls also did a wonderful job on my co-​workers. Overall beautiful salon with very talented stylists! I am definitely going back

I found Tamra when I needed a stylist for my wedding in 2011. She did an incredible job on my hair and makeup and also made my whole bridal party look amazing. I was so excited when she opened her own salon last year near my home and have been coming here once a week for a blow out since then. I have thick, curly hair and everyone here — Tamra, Cindy, Kristy — does my hair beautifully!
