Dunkin’ Donuts

The customer service is very horrible. I normally stop there for my morning coffee, each day there’s this short little indian lady with a poca face and horrible attitude. I am guessing it’s me that she doesn’t like never the less I am there to make a purchase. This morning I was totally outrage and leave the door. I won’t be going there anymore and I will make sure that my co-​workers don’t support their business, why bother when there’s starbuck on 110.

This place is only getting two stars because of the new people during the day. But never EVER go at night.
The guy who runs the place at night is the WORST.
Unfortunately I work nights and it’s the only place open to grab a cup of coffee at 1030 pm. Over the years I have a list of experiences dealing with this guy.
— If theres ever one customer inside he straight up refuses to use the drive thru and tells you to come inside… Kind of defeats the purpose of a drive thru.
–Even if there is no one inside it still takes him about 4 to 5 minutes just to even ask what your order is.
— Before they renovated the store and fixed the busted drive thru speaker, they would hang a paper sign telling people to drive to the window. The sign often fell off so you never knew if it was working or not. One night it just so happened to be working and as I pulled around I could hear the man screaming at the person in the car in front of mine. He was angry because the customer didn’t wait at the drive thru speaker. The customer was calm and was trying to just order coffee but was ultimately turned away (in a rather innapropriate way)
— I’ve also had him hand me my order while taking personal phone calls and even had him utter «I f@$!ing hate this job» to the person on the phone while he was swiping my card.
I get it, he’s the only giy on the late shift, I work late shift, it sucks. It’s still your job, you could at least pretend to care in front of the customers.
Otherwise I’ve never had another issue with this DD.

If it was possible I would give this dump no stars at all. To begin, I only go there because I live around the block and it is convenient with the drive through. I don’t even know where to begin. I always say I won’t go back but I do, today 1÷20÷16 had completely drawn the line. As you know in the morning everyone needs their cup of coffee to begin their day, and you want it exactly the way you like it. Everyday, I get the same thing, large iced coffee coconut dark with just a little cream. When I get to the window they give me and iced coffee that looks like all milk then taste like all milk. So, when I ask them to make it dark they just dump out some coffee make it dark return it to me and then there is no ice in it. Which means this is no longer an iced coffee. They see no wrong in handing it too a customer with no ice. When I ask them to make it darker they either roll their eyes, or give me an attitude, I never hear have a nice day. So today, again I received milk, I asked them to make it darker – received the coffee with no ice – so, I asked them to put ice in it, they handed me a cup of ice! Did not put it in my coffee for me, so I had to pull to the side to pour our some coffee too add my own ice. I am APPALLED. Of customer service this Dunkin donuts provides. Besides today, I have had hair in my food, fuzz on my food and I also see the baker, smoking cigarettes right outside the door while it is open. The lines take forever, assuming it is due to the mistakes the employees provide. It is a shame that I will no longer come to this Dunkin donuts, and makes me not want to ever go to another Dunkin donuts again. The management at this Dunkin donuts does such a poor job, and resembles his staff. He is beyond rude. I hope they do some changes to this particular location so I can resume my morning coffees close to home.

I’ve worked in the area for… I’ve worked in the area for years, you’d think I’d learn my lesson; today was the last straw, & from now on I’ll be going to another dunkin that’s more of a pain to get to.
Everything is fine here, I wouldn’t normally review a chain however I feel it quite necessary to inform anyone who has yet to experience the horrible horrible staff. The girl on the drive through has far too long screwed things up; broken English is pretty common nowadays however this is too much. The service is far below poor, the competency level at this location is dismal at best. Always check your order and reciept! Over charging, under serving, and complete udder stupidity will be the norm here. Speaking directly with this woman will NOT help matters either. I can’t process my frustration and get this review to show how truly absurd of an experience at this dunkin is. Expect to wait… long; and expect error after moronic error… in one visit, and every visit.

What happened to this place? It has become such a dump! They cleaned house and completely changed the staff, the intercom is always broken and half the time my order is wrong. The DD on 110 is a bit out of my way but I go there more often now and get the service that doesn’t disappoint.

This is the worse DD I have ever been to, it is consistantly awful, the coffee always tastes old and bitter, I even emailed the corporate office and told them so, but it remains awful, to bad its the only convenient one nearby…

Used to be the only Dunkin’ Donuts in Farmingdale (before the new one on Route 110) so we had to suffer through this one. They screw up drink orders 1 out of 10 times and always give you the worst munchkins even if you ask for specific flavors (ask for chocolate and blueberry, but you get jelly and sprinkles… come on, it’s not that hard!)
Worst of all is their customer service. They don’t greet you, they just yell at you through the speaker that is so terrible you can barely understand when they repeat your order, so you just pray it’s correct and drive around to the window. At the window they are no better, they don’t say any pleasantries and just bark at you. Most of the time I am handed a leaking or sticky cup (enough to make me want to ask them to reimburse my car washes). And lately with all the snow, they seem to protest shoveling or plowing of any kind.

Horrible. Every single time, awful. Awful. Awful. They do not know how to make coffee, especially pumpkin spice coffee. The coffee rolls/​donuts taste like the oil they must fry them in, Just gross. I don’t go here anymore. I go to the d&d on Merits in Farmingdale & it is SO much better.

I tried them again and guess what they suck. They can’t get an order correct. They are horrible at the drive thru. They need to listen better.
When I order a Med. French Vanilla ice coffee with 3 splenda. thats is what I would like. I did not hear Milk mentioned at all, here and guess what I get milk.
But if you say black thats all they hear and put nothing in. Again a lack of listening and understanding english it seems.

Totally Shocked & Disgusted & Grossed Out… yesterday me & some friends decide to go pick up some coffee & donuts … but only to come back to the house with cold coffee & old donuts and a roach on the bottom of the donut that was still in the box… my stomach turned we could not believe our eyes… we wished we took pics but threw the box out right away… Never Ever will we step one foot in that place again Beware because where there is one im sure there are plenty more running around!!!

2 out of every 10 cups of coffee leaks all over my clothes. Never again. Hello Panera

Its coffee, it’s local, I’m here every day. 5 stars.

The only good thing about this dunkin is the drive thru. They get my drink order right most of the time but ALWAYS mess up on food orders. After this morning, i’m not going back for food again. It’s so aggravating driving away with the wrong order!

They got coffee. They got donuts. Me like donuts, Me like red velvet munchkins. Me try to be good, not order munchkins. Me order small coffee. Stare at donuts and munchkins. Lady throw red velvet munchkins in bag, hand me bag, say I look cute. No charge me for munchkins. Me come back here, free food.

Originally I checked into a different location and it checked me in under this location, so my review was for a different location not realizing. Anyway, I added the newer Dunkin’ Donuts on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale on Unilocal to avoid that confusion in the future.
This location often has long lines for the drive-​thru on the weekend mornings. I say skip that and go to the one further down the road. However, this location is fine as far as service goes. It’s standard Dunkin’ Donuts. Clean inside, I never had any problems at this location and I’ve come here for years.
I’ve definitely used the drive-​thru many more times than I’ve gone inside.

I am giving this DD location one star for a very simple reason. Out of the last give trips I have made there I only received one decent cup of offer. I am not talking about any of their specialty cups either, I mean a regular cup of coffee. I’ve went there about once a week for the past month and was terribly disappointed. The only reason I went back so many times is because some days I just really want a jelly dough nut.
I can’t go any higher then one star on this because when you fail at making coffee then what is the point? If the coffee is old throw it out don’t mix in a new brew. If the coffee has been there too long throw it out! Don’t serve people burnt coffee!
