I am completely disgusted at the service I received here. I order from here frequently via
.
Their food is not great, but their Avocado Salad with grilled Chicken is the best thing they have going for themselves.
I just got the NASTIEST RUDEST guy on the phone. I have never been spoken to, or treated that rudely in my entire life!
I placed on order online, and called them because their have been numerous cases where I place on order on Eat24 and it doesn’t get fulfilled because they are so busy and no one is monitoring the online orders. So I said, hey, let me help them out by being proactive. Everytime I call, they always transfer me to someone else who specifically deals with their Eat24 orders.
Today I call and ask to speak to the person in charge of online ordering. The guy on the phone says in the nastiest way «We’re a little busy right now, its lunchtime!»
I said, «Ok, what is that supposed to mean? That was extremely rude.
He says, «No that wasn’t rude, we are very busy»
I said, «I placed an order online, I’m calling about my order»
He says, «Oh, well you didn’t say you placed an order, I thought you were a solicitor»
I said, «No, I’m not a solicitor. I was calling because I know you guys get busy during lunch, and sometimes the online orders don’t get looked at, so I wanted to follow up. But you know what, at this point, I’d like to cancel my order»
He says, «Oh, you want to cancel, ok what’s your address?»
I give him my address and the call is over.
I wish I could write words to express how disrespected I felt. He was soooooo nasty and rude.
He realized I was a customer and still didn’t even try to apologize or anything.
I literally will never order from there again. EVER!

Stopped by Saturday for a catering order; sandwiches and salads. I was very happy with the order. It was near and ready on time; fresh and even gave us extra Bow tie chicken salad which was tasteful. We had a crowd of 15 people all who complemented on it. Service we received by the staff there was friendly and accommodating. Thanks for helping us with a great event– we will be back!

This place sucks. Food is a greasy mess and if you get delivery you can be assured that half your order will be wrong. It would be nice if they had people that spoke English take the order.

Delizone has great food! I eat here for lunch most days of the week and I always get fresh and delicious sandwiches and salads. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a go. They often offer recommendations on sandwiches I haven’t tried in the past and it’s always outstanding. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a treat! The owner Harry and his team do a great job here!

If you don’t mind waiting for mediocre food, you’ll get your order in about an hour, if your lucky. At least for delivery a five minute drive away.

Awesome food, awesome prices, owner is the man. Egg and cheese = da bomb. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo­ooooo good.

This place is the best around. Whether you’re from south farmintdale or lindenhurst it is well worth the trip. Best deli I’ve been to on long island that’s not on the north shore of Suffolk in a long long time.
Roast beef delight: simply the BOMB

I hated this place. They couldn’t even get something as simple as cheesy fries right that I already paid for and they had to deliver. They first of all never delivered it so I called back and told them. They said they will deliver it then they send over just plain fries and argue with me saying that’s not what I said. They wouldn’t give me a refund and they said they would deliver it again but they never showed up. So they took my money and I never got what I ordered. If I paid for it I should get what I ordered but this place doesn’t care about its customers obviously. Never order from here.

I work close by and MUCH prefer them to Bagel Factory. I usually order the giant egg muffin toasted with cheese and bacon or a bacon/​cheddar omelette with a toasted butter egg muffin on the side. Either way I order a toasted egg muffin because they’re great. I’ve also had their protein shakes and I’d definitely pass on the vanilla/​peanut butter one but I’ve heard the chocolate one is good. Overall, this is my favorite deli in the area. The food is always good and consistent and they’ve never messed up my order (unlike Bagel Factory). However, if you’re ordering breakfast delivery just know it’s going to take a longggggg time so you might as well order your lunch too since that’s around the time you’ll receive your food but that’s really my only hang up.

Very good big sandwiches, i have never been in the location, i only order delivery, it always comes in a timely fashion, the drivers are good guys so i never have to worry about a dirbag showing up at my door. Again the food is good and the prices are on point

Ordered a muffins platter for a last minute affair from Deli Zone. The manager told me to come back in an hour. When I came back I was amazed on how beautiful the platter was.
Every one loved the fresh baked muffins. They were warm, moist and yummy.
Thank you Deli Zone. I WILL difinetly come back

Nothing special. Very store bought type of tastes. I’d only order from here if I was too lazy to go out and wanted delivery.

I love this place, their breakfast, lunches and salads are great. I always order lunch from here, they deliver!
My personal favorite is their chicken kebob on a pita and macaroni salad.
Their chicken salad is to die for too.
Everything is just so fresh, been eating there 3 years now and have never been let down, their staff is always accommodating and friendly as well.

Staff was great and the food was better. Perfect lunch. Would come back in an instant.

Yesterday my daughter was planning a get together for about 20 friends. The wife was handling the ordering of a six-​foot hero and trimming. At 1:45 PM I get a text saying, I should order the food. She forgot!!! Well I don’t get flustered easily, but the norm for ordering a six-​foot hero is a days notice because of the bread. So it 2 PM and I’m calling different deli’s and nobody was able to help us out with the order. Harry at Deli Zone said let me call the bakery. He called me right back said he could handle it. He would deliver or I can pick up the order in two hours. Wow !!! Not only were the cold cuts fresh and the bread was warm, but the presentation (packaging) was above and beyond the regular“sandwich on a board”. Thanks deli Zone. For making me the HERO with the hero.

I have been going to this place for years and I can honestly say the food is 100% consistent all the time. The friendly staff continues to provide excellent service and quality of food. Daily specials and fresh appetizing keeps me coming back for more. Two thumbs up all the way!!!

This deli may look small from the outside, but once you step foot through those doors you’ll realize that this not your ordinary deli. The atmosphere is unmatched, with giant TV screens and eye appealing LEDs and colors. The only thing better than the décor is the food itself. I am a massive Starbucks nut, but when I want a good cup of coffee (hot or iced) I come here! The food is also amazing, the Deli Zone salad is one of my favorites and it is such a massive portion for the price.

They have the nicest people and the most delicious food!!! Our company orders from here almost every other day. We love their daily lunch menus. Their salads and sandwiches are so fresh. We just fax in our lunch list to them and they deliver on time. They really care about their customers. Thank you so much Deli Zone!
