I went there for lunch on 1−27−16 and I had a lot of salt on my plate underneath my food. I got the plate and gave it back to them. I got another plate by the damage was done by now. I could not eat and I felt sick all day. I also got a cranker sore under my tongue. I filled a complaint with Roger the manager. I asked a employee what went wrong? I was informed that the Asian ladies talk so much that they make mistakes and I was not the first angry customer that day. I would not recommend this location. It puts Panda Express to shame. DONOTEATHERE!!!

Horrible customer service. I was waiting somebody to get food. I just have only 30 mins break but they let me wait for 20 mins. And then I said«excuse me» to get help but they seem does not care so I just left and no more Panda Express for me…

This is the type of review I like to update. My first visit was a weak A-OK, 2.5 stars. I am pleased to upgrade this one to a strong A-OK, 3.5 stars. On this cooler windy day I awoke craving some hot and sour soup and spring rolls. Not wanting to go to May Dragon and fight the busy lunch crowds, decided to give Panda another try. I was not disappointed. They open @ 1030, so I did some quick shopping @ the Walmart Neighborhood Market Grocery in the same center, and pulled into drive through @ 1050. I placed my order and was advised that the soup wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. Hmmm, the cook must have been a little late to work? No problem, I decided to endure the wait. Most of my total 18 minute wait time was in large part the result of the car in front of me who apparently had placed a large order, and perhaps also that some of his food items were not ready. When I reached the window, I was greeted by a most cheerful, perky Karen, who immediately apologized for the long wait. In about 5 minutes my food is passed through the window, with again another sincere apology for the wait. The hot and sour soup was a pleasant surprise — a humongous order, a bowl that equaled 2 servings for me. The broth was perfectly spiced with a delicious flavor and plenty of soft creamy tofu. I’d definitely go back for more of this scrumptious tummy warming goodness. The vege spring rolls? Another crunchy delight. Two in the order, I scarfed down both of them. They were perfectly crispy and stuffed with the usual veges. No scrimping on the ingredients here. Yes, I’d also order these again. To top off this experience, $ 5.30 for a pretty enjoyable lunch, to enjoy @ home watching one of my favorite DVR shows. Not to fail to mention, with soup left over for tomorrow. Just wish I had saved one of those spring rolls to go with it :) For Chinese fast food, Panda did a pretty darn good job this visit.

I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do, I drive to this location. Always great customer service, it can get packed during lunch time(which is a good sign), very clean, and the staff is always friendly and they don’t make you feel like you have to order in a rush. My order was mixed once, but they immediately fixed it, that’s a good point in my book. Take it from a person that eats out for lunch and dinner 5 days out of the week due to work.

I wanted Chinese food! GPS choice took me to a closed restaurant location. Another try took my family of four to this location. I was a little disappointed at first because I knew it was fast food, but sometimes you have to punt. I really liked the food. I had orange chicken, so did the kids. my husband had broccoli beef. we had egg rolls and spring rolls too. I have to say it is a small food choice but still good enough to get my fix and to keep them from complaining!

Called the store before closing and spoke with manager who set aside a kid’s meal for me. Due to all of the road closures, got there 15 minutes after closing. Manager kept drive thru open for me and still had my daughter’s order ready. He even threw in extra cream cheese wontons! Excellent service and very good food!

So I visited the week they opened and although it was a nice brand new store, they should really improve on the employees. They messed up both my orders because it took two young girls to complete each of my order. Yes two girls worked on my order and another 2 on my sons. Then when they forgot one my main dishes the manager, another young girl with an attitude who obliviously let her position get to her head, threw away our food and started over. I tried to advise her that it wasn’t necessary and she could just add the missing main dish but she refused. New stores should have seasoned employees open stores not brand new ones who don’t have enough training. They were also very limited on food available.
