We used Aire Serv last June to install both new AC units. Last Friday night, the upstairs unit stopped working and I called Saturday morning. Mike called me back on Saturday and said he could come Tuesday 1pm. I stayed at home and wait until 3pm before I called back. The lady on the phone told me he was on emergency tasks and couldn’t come today. I asked why I didn’t get a call and was planning to reschedule when she told me she couldn’t hear me and hang up. The technician finally came at around 4pm. I would appreciate more if they could let me know they are running late or need to reschedule.

The last time I used Air Serv, they properly diagnosed and fixed my A/C unit(blower motor went out), and so they were the first ones I called when my other unit had problems. This time they replaced a part that didn’t fix anything, then told me the compressor was bad and I’d need to either replace it, or really I should just replace the whole unit. Either way, thousands of dollars. I got a referral for another A/C company that came out and replaced a fan motor for a few hundred dollars, which fixed the unit.
