Don’t use them. If your life depends on them, you would be crazy to use them. They are always late by hours, not minutes, when they take my father to and from dialysis. He has to sit for hours waiting for them without hydration or food, in a soiled depends. They are making my life a hell and his last days miserable. Shame on them. This is a management/​dispatcher problem. The people who drive the ambulance are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable.
